We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe shower does not have a hot water setting, so you have to take a cold shower instead, which is a bit disappointed. No kettle in the room, like other hotels/guest houses provided. The toilet doesn't look very clean, but what can you say for paying around 800-900 baths in Patong. You won't get 5 star services for that price. You will get at least a 1 star service if you are lucky.
I like that it is closer to the Patong beach within 5 minutes walking distance. The food market is around 15 walking distances

United KingdomOn the booking.com website, all of the photos are of the deluxe rooms with balcony’s. In the descriptions, the only difference in the rooms listed is the size. The cheaper rooms don’t even have windows. The bathroom was not very functional.
Good price for Patong beach.

United StatesThe room as just ok in size. The facitities were very old and non-updated. The bathroom toilet had a leak at the base, the tile and shower area were loaded with mold, the sink faucet was broken and not attched to the counter. Overall I would have left if I hadn't already paid for the room. Would not recomend this to any one except those who needed a place to keep out of the weather. Location is across the street from a marjuana distributer, 24 hour food place making for an all night fiesta of noise and activity.
The location is a few hundred meters from the beach and many good resturants as a bonus it is just next door to a 7-11.

AustraliaThe staff were average to poor the standard to keep the room clean was poor, water was not on when we arrived and when it was tuned on staff dirtied towels and would not replace them, not all the lights worked in the room and no TV supplied or Wi-fi after a superior room was paid for. After paying more than 2600 baht per night I was not happy with the standard of room or staff.
