location was really good, walking distance to pretty much everything. rooms were a really good size and 2 fans and water was provided. could also use the bicycles for free outside which was nice

The staff has been really nice all the time. We definitelly will come back. The place is really cozy and clean. They provide for bicycle if you need to see the city. And we also could take a shower although we already did the check out. It's a really nice place to stay.

Perfect stay in Ayutthaya! Big, comfortable room and you can use the kitchen(kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery and fridge), free bikes with a map to visit the beautiful temples around! It’s close to the temples and the train station is walking distance! Perfect for backpackers on a budget.

The place was perfectly located. Not far from the temple, restaurant, supermarket etc The owner is really nice. We could borrow for free bikes and enjoy the city. The rooms and the share parts are clean and calm

The kitchen and toilet/shower in a poor condition. The wooden walls and floors are everything but sound proof, so you will hear everything your neighbours are doing.

Good value for money but don't expect luxury. Great coffee place really right opposite the homestay.

The owner of the Guest house is extremely friendly. After checking out we could still use the bikes for free and take a shower. I hope I will have the opportunity to come back.

This place is just absolutely special! We loved it! You live in the old, wooden, traditional house almost on the small river and you feel like moving to the different world. First you cross small, veeery simple bridge through scary looking river to very simple yard with super old wooden house. The place looks very traditional but at the same time you can notice many cool objects, boards and decorattions like from the coolest hostel. You can instantly feel positive, good vibes. You sleep in absolutely wooden room with thin walls, but it feels like going back in time to old times in Thailand. Even though the building is simple, there is everything you need - comfy beds, a lot of space for your stuff, fan, AC (for additional cost), sockets, water bottle, toiletries, towels. the room was very clean. Shared space is basically outside, but it's super cool - small kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishes, simple bathrooms, table - this is everything actually on the terrace. You can find also free medicines, maps, travel information etc. The coolest thing - bicycles for free! And in Ayutthaya the bicycle is a must! Location is good, staff is friendly and helpful. Cute cat in the yard 😍 Good price!

- mosquitoes -from time to time a sour smell from the severs (its is a wooden house) where the smell and mosquitoes can easily get

- nice rustical furniture -very close to the historical centre -bikes for free (even though all of them need some revision - some of them don't have working breaks :D) -I got 4 bottles of water for free -free coffee -the room was very clean

The bathrooms are a bit grubby and there’s only cold water for showering (but it’s so hot in Ayutthaya that it’s all you need) toilets are old school so you need to poor water down to flush.

Perfect location for the night market and exploring the ruins. They’re literally just down the other end of the street. The free bikes were also great for exploring some of the ruins a bit further away and it was a bit cooler getting around on bike than walking. The bed was the softest mattress we’ve had so far in Thailand and there were 2 fans in the room that kept us cool enough. Cool property with little bridge to get there and great price

easy to find, this place is well located ! Night market, temples, you can do it by foot or by bicycle because they give you one ! Really nice people, I recommend !
