Ants in the room. You should avoid bringing any food to the room, otherwise you will soon find hundreds of insects in. They do not bite, fortunately.

Quite convenient localization. Easy to find if you know that the access to the facility is from Bang Ian Road. Otherwise you need to ask around. Basically everything you need for a short stay (including elementary cooking faciliries) is on. Even coffee - appreciated. Fan in the room was very effective.

The free to use bikes were not great and the roads are not very cycle friendly (including the “cycle lane”) I wouldn’t recommend using one unless you are a very confident road cyclist.

Excellent location and large room. Air conditioning was available for 100 bhat per day, good quality air conditioning. Shower facilities adequate.

Not really much, but if the owner can do something about these small things, it will make it perfect. 1. The bathrooms need some work. They are clean but they look very local. 2. There should be ceiling fans in the rooms, the table fans don't help at all. If it was not winters, we wud have a very difficult time. 3. The room is very dark after sunset and the room lights are very dim. One bright bulb is a must. Please.

We selected this hotel because it was closer to the most famous temples, the night market and the early morning market. We reached early morning 7am from Chiang Mai and requested for a early check in. He was very kind to let us in at 10:30 am, till that time we roamed the temples nearby on their free bicycles. The owner also showed us maps pasted on his walls, that had locations on all the important local places marked, really nice. We neither saw him after that, nor did we need him for anything. The hotel is all wooden and gives a nice old world feeling. Its a quiet area so not much noise, so quiet that you can hear the people in the adjoining room. The rooms and common area is nice and clean. Location wise this is perfect and also probably the cheapest one. Without the bicycles, it would have been difficult to travel around comfortably. Its a charm to ride a bicycle in Ayutthaya. The amazing Night market is just 500 meters away with so many food options. Convenience store is just 200 meters and so also the Thai drinking water refill stations. The morning market is superb and a must visit. There is free coffee available at the hotel and also cutlery and I think a microwave/ oven too. This is a really nice place and will recommend it. Surely recommend this one.

We understand Thai beds are a little harder than we are accustomed to and we expect this traveling. These beds are next level hard though. I actually contemplated just sleeping on a yoga mat in the floor. for the price you pay though it's easy to look past!!!

Nothing really. Just don't look for a 5 star hotel but if you are easy going it's totally fine

Staff so helpful and friendly. They allow us leaving our luggage after checkout until 9pm. We were able to use for free their bike even the checkout day. (they are not new so be careful which one you chose but they totally make the job). They also allow us to enjoy the living room enough time to wait for your night train. They even propose us to have a shower if we needed. Really unbelievable kindness peoole. They are also really well located just in front of cool night market. They also offer cool boat trip and laundry service

Out room was a little dark and hot with the fan only. The bikes don‘t work well and are really old, but for free.

Super friendly people and a nice vibe in the wood house with all the funny decoration. Free coffee, bikes to rent and laundry service for only 50B a basket. We were allowed to use the bthroom and showers after out check out until the evening, which was nice.

The double room has a very low ceiling which causes it to get very hot at night, however they provide 2 fans which make it bearable. If you book one of their twin rooms which are situated upstairs you will have a much cooler experience ;)

They have exceptional facilities and it's the little details that make it a pleasant stay: they provide a bottle of water, soap and toilet paper for every day of your stay and there is a clean and open kitchen available for use. The shared shower/toilets are Thai style, but are kept clean throughout the day. WiFi is great and they even provide free bicycles and a lock, however we didn't use these.

The room was very comfortable. There are fans in here but you can also add the AC for 100B. The owner let us use the bikes after check out. He kept our bags and we were able to take a shower after we leaved the room.

It's not that loud, you can't hear people talking, but we had rude neighbours who shouted early morning and watched films at night. Just luck who's staying next to you.

Good location and easy to get everywhere with the free bikes. Helpful staff, they offer a sunset boat trip. 2 mins walk from van station. It has a bed and not just a mattress like the photos. AC was good and necessary (was like a sauna with just the fan as it's all wooden). Strong wifi. Everything was clean. Always lots of toilet paper. Cold showers but that's nice in the heat!

could be cleaner, the room was quite dusty and very rustic. there are mosquito nets on the windows but not on the door. It would have been great as as mentioned before the room is very rustic, even when the door is closed there is still some space for bugs to get inside the room. That being said except a cockroach, we didn’t see bugs. bathroom is also very rustic but makes the job. Could not ask more for the price.

very good location, friendly staff and bicycles available free of charge. the guesthouse also propose laundry service for 50B and a sunset boat tour for 200B which was really cool. We were offered 1 bottle of drinking water per day per person. there are lots of sockets and the internet was fine. in the common area there is a fridge and a microwave and dishes if you want to store and heat up our food. free coffee and tea

Noise. Street noise, you can get used to it. But the noise from the next room, not that one. The rooms are separated from each other only by a thin wooden wall. When someone in the next room is talking, laughing, playing videos, and having sex, it's like they're in the room with you. I slept great the first night, but the second night there was noise until very late. Their alarm went off at five in the morning, so you are awake again. The toilet is also right behind a thin wooden wall, so you can hear every detail of the toilet. But you can get used to it. But the fact that the owner lets the customers make noise until night is not the case.
