Nothing! It was a fabulous hotel in a really nice area.

This hotel is new and the decor is high end. The staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We loved the food & drinks - especially the beautiful cocktail bar. The area has lots of top restaurants & bars. I would recommend staying here.

Not enough coffee and tea. I also found the air conditioning in the restaurant too cold - but that is a personal thing, and my family thought it was fine.

Public House Hotel has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The room was very pleasant with plenty of space and services. The roof-top pool was lovely and the staff delightful.

The food and speed of the food service could be improved, despite very friendly serving staff.

It was a clean and comfortable haven in the midst of Bangkok. We really enjoyed having such a comfortable space to come back to. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I cannot fault anything about the hotel or staff - especially the front desk and housekeeping. They were able to accommodate every request from early checking to extra pillows. Being 6 months pregnant at the time I was a bit anxious about the comfort of the bed and I must say, I had the best sleep! extremely comfortable bed with high-quality linens and comfy pillows. The housekeeping staff was just on top of the game, the room was impeccably clean and they managed to do an excellent job during our entire stay. I made a few requests before arriving and to my surprise I didn't need to mention them during check-in, they were fully aware and managed to accommodate them all ( nothing major but these small details make all the difference) The room amenities were branded and high-quality. Complementary coffee, water and tea. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment same goes for the pool. Perfect location!

I thought it would be more event / animation in the hotel.

I really like the room, nice decor interior, the coworking space is very cool, the location is amazing near a lot of restaurant and coffee. There is a seven eleven just below the hotel.

I first got a room on floor 3 with no view as there is a wall directly in front of the window, however, they let me change to floor 4.

The staff were fabulous and the food was great with some good vegetarian options 👍 The location was also ideal for getting around on foot as there were lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. We would stay here again!

Absolutely loved it! It was decorated beautifully, very arty and young. Staff were friendly and helpful also. The food was fantastic and we loved the room service! Also had a lovely roof terrace with city views, a slightly small pool but great just for a dip. Would 100% stay again!

It was a little further than expected from public transport (20 min walk - not easy in heat and crazy traffic), even though it looks closer on the map. Maybe an idea is to have shuttles to transport as other hotels offer.

Friendly staff. Rooms were stylish and a very good size, comfy beds. Nice rooftop with pool and city views, close walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars and cafés.
