The hotel is at great location, walking distance to shops, massage places and restaurants. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was surprisingly really delicious!!! They have drinks and fruits readily available for you whenever you want. Overall would definitely recommend this place. And would stay again.

rooms are very small. the area around the pool is dangerously slippery on the smooth slate rocks. this location can be very difficult to find down a very narrow soi. If you arrive on a sunday you'll have to carry your bags and walk a long way since the market is on the main street leading to the hotel.

Fantastic, genuine, and generous staff. The room was stylish and very clean. Loved the multiple windows overlooking rooftops on our 4th floor room with a tub. The AC worked well. The unlimited glass water bottles, coffee, and fruit were highly appreciated. Thank you for letting us stay in the lobby after check out while we awaited our flight! The location is fantastic. Try to overlap your trip on a Sunday so that you can take advantage of the sprawling night market ~100 metres from the hotel. The umbrella and bicycle free rentals are great too. Lastly, the pool and few chairs are stylish and adequate for the number of guests. Thank you :)

The hotel was very modern, almost western style (the interior, the breakfast etc). Also, the staff was really helpful and friendly and made our room ready when they noticed that we have arrived early.

The breakfast was delicious, with many choices, and a Thai breakfast cooked by the staff. Ice water, fruits, coffee and cookies are provided 24 hours a day. The accommodation environment is quiet, and you can reach Thapae Gate in 3 minutes' walk. The Sunday night market is right at the entrance of the alley, which is very convenient. The staff are very warm and friendly. What a great stay!

Staff were young & friendly, made us feel at home. Location was ok, not exactly by the roadside but not difficult to reach either. Had to walk slightly up the small allley.

The bikes are free but some need to fix.

The counter is good and professional, they will advise some good travel tips for you if you ask them. The cold water and fruit are perfect for us, especially in 39 degree Celsius out side.

The rooms are a bit on the small side!

The staff is incredible. They are so kind and helpful! They’re working so hard every day to make your stay enjoyable. The kindness the staff showed to Fu and Hassan (the two cats that live in the hotel) was so sweet. There is unlimited water available in the lobby and each hallway. There is excellent coffee and lattes available 24/7 as well. The pool was so refreshing in the hot weather. The cleanliness is top notch. The location cannot be beat.

Pool water looked slightly murky.

Well-located within the old city, there was free chilled water and fruits provided throughout the day. One thing I really appreciated was the number of hangers provided in the rooms - we stayed in a triple room and there was more than enough to go around for 3 people. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable, had a view of Doi Suthep from ours (but due to the haze it was covered). Staff are very friendly and able to attend to your every query. Overall an extremely pleasant stay.

The room refrigerator was ineffective especially given I had medications to store at low temperatures. I had to use the kitchen refrigerator- after requesting a review then changeover it was marginally better. Perhaps this was an eco objective, which is okay, but lacked practical application

It was a wonderful experience. Just like a good hotel should be: Attentive, extremely friendly staff, a central yet quiet location, clean room with everything you need, good Wi-Fi, very good breakfast and the building in top condition. Absolutely nothing!

The food was good. We love the sauteed mushrooms, pana cotta and lemon cake. We love the homely environment and friendly staff. Great location too! We will be coming back soon!
