Excellent location, central to all Chalong has to offer, ie- shops, restaurants, bars, all boating trips etc. The room was exceptional value for money, clean, comfortable & spacious. Free wifi was excellent. Staff, she was lovely, friendly, helpful & just a very nice lady. The owner, Charlie, is a very nice man, he too is very friendly, helpful, & does his best to ensure your stay is perfect. We highly recomend the Phuket Paradiso to anyone staying in Chalong.

The picture seems different, I remember I booked a two-story suite with stairs. But the owner of the hotel was very kind and he gave me a lot of useful information! This is the best owner I've ever had met! Each bedroom has a bookshelf with books to read. The bathroom is a little small. There is also a small terrace on the 2nd floor where clothes can be dried. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is located on a small road away from the noise of the traffic and 100 meters walk to the main road where there are restaurants or flower shops, 7-11. Very close to the dock, very convenient for sailing.

Phuket Paradiso is perfect for us, family with 1 teenager. Our room was big and clean, and Charlie gave us free extra bed for our daughter. Charlie was very efficient, he provided excellent instruction to welcome us, which was very smart. We arrived around 1 AM and were so happy to found our room is nicely decorated with mini library, sink, water heater etc. And we also have access to water dispenser and microwave outside. Very strategic location, 8 min walks to Chalong Pier, 5 mins to 7E, we love it so much. We would definitely come back, thank you Charlie.

The place is in a convenient location in chalong Closer to the beach and also stores The staff is also very friendly and flexible to our needs. I am really happy with them. They gave us a cute complementary snack pack as well. I would recommended here for anyone who looks for a budget stay around Chalong.

Charlie is the friendliest host we’ve had! He really wanted to make sure we had the best vacation in Thailand. He gave us a tourist guidebook and tips on what to do with the time we had in Phuket and beyond. The room was so spacious, stocked with everything you need plus a little care package with snacks, juice and water. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Charlie’s place.

There was a strange smell of moisture. It would have been nice to have had some sort of dehumidifier in the room. I tried to communicate through the booking app after our original booking, but did not get a response back.

Easy to get to the places we were going. Accommodated all 3 of us in one room. Responded very quickly when I first booked the location. Allowed us to check in at 1 AM. Had everything ready for us.

Very clean facilities, Charlie is super helpful - there is a small shop where you can’t bicycle for the day (many those that offer motorbikes). Cafés food and groceries are abundantly available.

Situated oerfectly between Soi Ta-aid, Kata and Nai Ham, I truly enjoyed my experience at Phuket Paradiso. I found the facilities perfectly suitable for my needs. The place is clean and Charlie's warm smile and kindness makes this place just perfect. I will be back!

dark and moist ground floor

we come late but we received paper guide right on the gate and room and key available, no need receptionist. Then we need sent luggages for 2 day tour phuket islands. Chalie help and very kind sent beautiful pic to us later. location is very good and near beach, tour company, street food. Best choice. Thank Chalie.

Paradiso Phuket is in a great location in Chalong. You're close to several food options and within a 10-15 minute drive from multiple beaches. The room is clean and has everything you need - like air conditioning, a fridge and hot water.

Very hard bed. But they put some additional duvet on the top, it became better! Window from my room was above the road ot was noisy.

Good location! Everything you need in a room! Owner not always on reception but available by phone!:)
