Room was on the smaller side but still very comfortable

Located right in town, we were lucky and stayed in a cabin in the middle of the resort, so we could only hear distant bass music from the bars. Cabins closer to the property edge were likely a little more noisy. Nice and clean, really nice pool.

Too many mosquitoes made the experience not as pleasant. Also only one power point in the whole room wasn’t the most practical thing. The aircon would take a while to make the room fresh but in general nothing that would ruin the whole experience.

Bungalows weren’t really sound proof so wouldn't recommend if you’re a really light sleeper.

The room was fine, pretty basic but okay! Airco worked perfectly but the shower was pretty uncomfortable because it was so hard and the toilet didn’t always flush fully… however; if we highlighted this to the staff they tried to fix it asap.

Really loved the staff, they were so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. Also the route towards the room and the garden were sooo beautiful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was really goood!

Amazing location for bars, restaurants and the port. Music can be heard from the nearby bars but not enough to disturb sleep (unless you are a light sleeper)

Simple but very clean accommodation with an excellent location, away from the party beach, but easy walking distance to any place you like to go to. The steps to the viewpoint are right next door, which is a MUST activity as the view is just awesome

Room wasn’t very spacious. Air con wasn’t great, it was always on but felt like it was just like a fan blowing warm air around. So I was a rather uncomfortable sweaty sleep. Pool could do with more shade around the sun loungers, and the water felt like a hot bath.

Location is perfect. Short walk to the beach, right in the middle of the restaurants and shops. 7-eleven directly outside. Pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice, there was someone waiting at the boat dock that offered to wheel bags back to the hotel for you, which was kind.

The staff that works in the morning is super friendly. Nice bungalows and good location. 5min to the beach and in the city center but no noise from the parties.

The bungalow was a bit cramped, especially around the bed area. The breakfast was good but quite basic and not a huge amount of western options. The pool area could do with a few umbrellas, because there wasn't a lot of shade from the very hot sun during the day.

We really enjoyed our stay at P.P Casita. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the pier in Phi Phi, so it was very easy to reach on foot. The rooms themselves are each an individual bungalow and we were lucky to have one right by the pool. The pool is lovely and big. We loved that we were able to use the gym in a sister hotel free of charge throughout our stay. We also appreciated having breakfast included. The Wi-Fi worked really well throughout our stay too.

I do think the furniture needs a glow up but overall it’s a great price for what you get.

The location was really good, close to the beach, bars and the pier. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were comfy and cozy. It’s a very nice resort with loots of trees and open air and the pool was amazing.

The rooms were very clean and it was away from the hustle and bustle of the pier. It was a quiet area where the rooms are located. Someone met us at the pier and took our bags from the pier to the hotel which was good. It was about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. There are a lot of shops/restaurants on the way to the hotel. Also a minimart opposite the reception. The breakfast was great - lots of options. The pool was clean and good to relax.
