What I didn’t like, the cleaning of the room was under the average it wasn’t professional at all. The hotel needs changes in the decor and the refrigerator was vintage, even the window frames had rust, and also the water pressure was low.

The location of the hotel was more than wonderful! The hotel is connected to MBK Mall. Siam Centre, Siam paragon and Siam Square are just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room view was amazing.

We had to tell the room cleaning team to do the beds. They initially just left the bed sheets and left, expecting us to convert the sofa bed to a bed. Even when they did it they didnt seem too happy or bothered.

Hotel was clean and nice. Access to the shopping mall was great. The bell boys were extremely helpful and the reception staff.

I have been staying here for over 20 years and it’s currently the best ever. Rooms & are wonderfully comfortable with everything you need.. loved the iron & ironing board, as well as the fresh water tap. Showers bliss, wonderfully hot water at any time of day and of course, that huge cosy bed.

It’s hard to recall what I didn’t like about the hotel because I seemed to enjoy myself so much staying here. My wife too. This was the second time we had stayed at the hotel. Next time it will be back to Pathumwan Princess hotel again… 100 percent 👍👍 No need to search around for other hotel. Location is 10 out of 10 ! Can’t find a better location! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. To them, I can’t thank them enough.

Just loved the breakfast. Plenty of choices. The bacon, porridge and fruits were my favourites. But wish there were more varieties of fruits.

So far OK. While having breakfast at the bistro three times, the staff toppled the kitchenware. So far the foods are satisfactions. We will come back to stay at the hotel if we would.

Ww had to check out at 12 ..but my flight wasn't till 9pm ..and couldn't connect to wi fi. You have to put your room number in. .think they could extend the WiFi for a few more extra hours.

At check out , there was a mistake that they deduct on check in 5 nights and while check out I made the payment by my card then the staff said there is 1 night not taken so he made another payment ...the thing is hotel front desk or the financial staff should check before check out not while checking out since the room charge was debited in the beginning also I as the payment made by card the bank will charge more than the payment because of the fees ( payment made twice ) so my bank will charge me twice

This week I had the pleasure of spending a week at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel in Bangkok, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel’s location is very convenient for shopping and dining. You can access MBK through the ground floor and second floor of the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Toiletries were provided which I think is always a plus for travelers who don’t want to bring a lot in their suitcases.

It wasn’t the best pool. They had a big part of the pool for actual swimming but only a small part to just chill in the pool
