Lack of shower curtains and that the AC shut off when I left the room, so it was hot/ warm when I came back each evening.

at this hotel there is a gym which the sign says the hotel has no responsibilities when you use it but they do not open till 0830 and close at 2030, when asked the staff if it is possible to open early they said they can not. would be nice to be able to access the gym at any time you want as some people like me are up early and like to exercise early or some people who can not sleep because of time difference might want to use gym. also hotel might want to look at there wifi, yes you can log on to many access points around hotel but connection is very intermittent and drops out many times which is very frustrating. the hotel doesn’t offer any kind of breakfast which is also something that could be more attractive to guest staff are very polite but at the same time could be a bit more engaging with hotel guest.

the hotel is nice and clean and in a good location in soi 5 in between beach road and 2nd road, all the rooms are situated around a very nice swimming pool and all have seating areas outside each room. when im next in pattaya this is somewhere i would stay again

A little on the expensive side compared to other properties nearby but cleanliness was good. Replace live plants outside rooms with artificial ones to reduce the amount of bites we received in first couple of days.

- At night, you can hear other guests walk pass your rooms, not a big deal for us though - I rent 2 rooms with pool views, however the window is see-through so I have to keep the curtain on all the time, not too inconvenient though

- Location is nice, 1 min walk to the beach, just near Sol 6 and plenty of attractions. However, we are not affected by the noise from bars and the streets. Not too close to those "adult places" to disturb older parents, not too far when I want to enjoy the city and have a beer or two. - There are plenty of foods and coffee outside, there are 7-11 on both sides of the street - Staffs are super helpful and friendly, speak English well, the receiptionist lady even assist my parents (who don't speak English or Thai) to order breakfast (the in house breakfast are cooked on order and taste great btw) and keyroom keeping - Rooms are spacious, clean, great aircon - Beds are comfortable, towels and other utilities are plentiful

I booked two of the most expensive rooms (deluxe) over 6 months in advance but was given two superior rooms on the upper floor. Still nice but not what I paid for and no smart TV. Two of the four days there was no water, had to demand to use the shower in another room, which they reluctantly agreed to. Loud music at night from nearby bar. WiFi drops out so much that it's unusable.

I chose this based on the balcony option on booking.com, there was no balcony. So this was disappointing. It was bottom level next to the pool though. The bed is very hard too
