We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly downsides were the very intermittent wifi in our room. We also asked to upgrade to a vacant pool villa the final night but they wanted to charge us three times the fee that was suggested by the difference between our room and the villa on all the booking sites. They refused to match and it was too late to upgrade on booking.com who just refused to assist us despite us asking more than 48 hours in advance. They turned down money by not being flexible.
We stayed 4 nights in a deluxe mountain view room. The room was spacious and clean and had lovely views. Hotel is beautiful with gorgeous grounds and amazing swimming pools. Breakfast is wonderful. We dined three nights and the food was all great with a very varied menu. Staff are all excellent.

When I asked how long it took to develop the resort the answer of 15 years was no surprise. Quite an achievement. Staff were impeccably polite and accommodating at a very high level of service

Well this place is just a treasure. In a valley in the mountains. The main reception room and dinner rooms are spectacular. Bit and open to the elements. The pool area is well designed with 2 pool areas. Service is great. There are areas to meditate we used and really liked. Our room which was a upper mountain junior suite or something like that was just great. Big and tastefully designed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which is big and private. We used this place to rest after 3 weeks travelling and it is just what we needed. It is a gem.

A wide variety of options for breakfast. The hotel setting was wonderful, it was a lovely place to stay and the facilities were excellent. We had a great Spa day. We stayed in two rooms and both were amazing, one had its own infinity pool looking out on tree tops and down on the resort pool, which was a great place to chill. The setting for resort pool was magical and there was a large jacuzzi. The other room was was set in natural forest area. Transport buggies available to take you around resort and there were interesting walks.

United KingdomNothing- it is perfect. We knew it was outside of Chang Mai and it took 70 minutes to get there from the airport but it was so worth it! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay another night or returned as to ending a stay in Thailand here would be memorable.

IsraelThe problem with the hotel is the food. It is mediocre at best and there are no nearby options so you have to eat there and it's not cheap. This really harms the experience, so if you plan to stay for more than 1 night and like good food, this is not the place Also.the pools are very cold and not really usable

SpainCompared with the prices for massages elsewhere, the spa, and tour prices were quite high. Enough to deter us from trying them. The hotel was in a remote spot with little to do on foot so a car was necessary.
The pool area was fabulous!! The surrounding flora covered mountains were lush and spectacular. Every inch of the hotel offered open aired views. Overall, the food was nothing spectacular, but breakfasts were fresh and abundant with many options. Visitors could either hike the hilly hotel area, or call for a ride on a golf cart anywhere on the grounds.

ALL the staff we met had an excellent attitude - friendly, courteous, and most considerate towards guests needs. Food in the restaurant and breakfast were beautifully prepared. The ambiance at breakfast time was second to none. Panviman is possibly the most relaxing and perfect accommodation and service we have ever encountered anywhere in the world. FULL CREDIT to the STAFF and designers for making it so.
