The guest house is very clean and quiet, the service is very good! The owner is super friendly and helpful, communication is uncomplicated and we felt very welcome at any time! It is located close to the historic city center, where you can go by bike (included) or tuktuk in a few minutes. The breakfast area overlooks a park with ancient temple fragments and every room has a big balcony surrounded by trees. There are restaurants and temples in walking distance. Location is very good for everyone who wants to experience different parts of the city and is planning a long stay!

Tucked away off the main roads but still accessible to the sights. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The room was quiet (except for the ubiquitous Thai Koels!), comfortable and well presented. I took one of the free bikes out for a day on the road and it went like a charm. Just across the road is a Ma & Pa eatery that did great meals for lunch and there is a night time restaurant just around the corner. The free breakfast was great. Highly recommended place to stay. FYI: tuk-tuk from train station 150 B, to the train station 100 B.

Personal was super kind :) there offer us transport to the city centre for a dinner. They have also free bikes available for town visit. It was a big benefit for us.

Cosy little accommodation in great location, super friendly and caring staff; nice terrace next to a water channel that offers interesting encounters with local fauna. Room had everything including hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. Bikes look a bit rusty but work smoothly. Great stay, would definitely come back!

Outlet for shower water is weirdly placed, so you flood the floor in front of the toilet.

Pan Din Boutique is an outstanding guesthouse. It is both homely and welcoming and you will be very well looked after by hardworking brother and sister Nack and Pear. On arrival I was given a welcome drink and having let the guesthouse know in advance of my arrival time my room had been pre-cooled. The meticulously clean rooms are well appointed with excellent WiFi, efficient air conditioning and free Netflix. My upstairs room (#2) had a balcony and was bright and sunny. The guesthouse is safe, secure and quiet at night. A delicious substantial breakfast is served outside in a peaceful setting from 7am. Thai or western options are available as vegetarian or non-vegetarian. A laundry service is available or there are self-service laundries within walking distance. Bicycles are free for guests to use and scooter rental can be arranged at very reasonable rates. Location is unbeatable as it is just a very short walk or cycle to all the major places of interest ‘on the island’. It is also close to many excellent eateries and amenities (convenience stores, ATMs, pharmacies, etc). It is walking distance (15 minutes) to the lively night-market but the guesthouse does very conveniently provide a free nightly shuttle at 630pm. This fabulous guesthouse offers incredible value for money, and I would very highly recommend Pan Bin Boutique to everyone. It is without question one of the best guesthouses I have had the privilege to stay in and is the perfect example of how a guesthouse should be run. Nack and Pear are amazing.They are meticulous and conscientious in their service and go out their way to help you. So, thank you for being such wonderful hosts and for all your kind generous hospitality. I could not have asked for more and I enjoyed Ayutthaya all the more thanks to you. My only regret is that l could not stay longer!

Double bed against a wall on one side, but this was reflected in the photos of the room and we knew this when booking.

Staff.. The guy is super helpful. Always ready to help you. Gives bottle water whenever he sees you. Reasonalble room charge. Good location. Nice breakfast.

The location right across from the historic park made a wonderful base for exploring the temples. The free loaner bikes were a nice touch as was the evening shuttle to the night market

Enjoyed comfortable, clean rooms, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Excellent location close to ruin and temple sites and some good restaurants nearby. Bicycles were provided to enjoy getting around nearby historic features.

We were here for one night. Arrived early from Bangkok and the hosts were kind enough to let us store our bags for the day. You could borrow a bike but we didn’t do this. The room was very clean and nice shower. Super kind hosts - we had to leave before breakfast for an early bus. They organised tuk tuk and they sent us off with a bag of food for breakfast which was a nice surprise!
