The room was stunning and spacious, better than it even looked in the pictures. The pool area was also very nice. There was a free shuttle to the main area that ran every half an hour which was handy. Breakfast variety was amazing too

We had 2 rooms with partial seaview and it was so noisy that even when you close the balcony doors, you can still hear every vehicle passing by the hotel. The AC was working so loud that we had to turn it off during the night and then we couldn't sleep because it was too hot... You'd better not give these rooms to anybody or invest in soundproof doors at least. The free hotel shuttle could get very crowded during evening times. The room cleaning was not good as some days the empty toiletries were left in the bathroom and there weren't any new ones provided, the sink was poorly cleaned. The wardrobe was useless as there were only 3-4 hangers there and they didn't provide more when I asked for it just after check in. There were some bugs around the fridge and we couldn't leave anything there as they tended to get inside it and all around the food..

This resort has wonderful swimming pools - one with a waterfall wall, one with palm trees above it and one infinity pool. Fitness and billiards areas are great as well. The hotel shuttle to Patong runs every 30 min. Staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and with big comfy beds. Bathroom is also big enough but lacks hangers, the shower is awesome. The view is very nice - the sea in front of the hotel.

Our room was on 8th floor and we had to change 2 lifts- not a dealbreaker, but not comfy, so request a room on max 5th floor to avoid the hassle. The lady in charge of the reception was not friendly and seemed bothered anytime we’d ask her anything. Free shuttle is a plus, but we had to wait for pickup to go back to hotel twice for more than half an hour (I guess that’s the “price” of free stuff:) )

Very clean, perfect housekeeping, great breakfast, restaurant staff friendly & smiling, quiet location. Has free shuttle service (however doesn’t leave and pick up on time, be ready to wait)

Public areas not air-conditioned, difficult to access room with changes in building lifts . No USB charging points Shuttle bus to from Patong crude not suitable for 5 star guests. I prefer to pay for taxi. Shower water was Luke warm could not be adjusted hotter.

Resort facilities , spacious room with good amenities. The view. Comfortable bed, the pools .Quiet location away from busy Patong beach but with easy access.huge bath.

The long checkout time. Not informing us about the shuttle service. The location is. Far from Bangla road...

I loved the facilities it was neat and clean. I had breakfast twice and breakfast was 10/10 but food for room service not great... The service was fast and efficient for room service. I didnt like the checkout took longer than expected. Staff was incompetent. I was charged for tbings I already paid for. With check-in staff needs to add the document saying that there is a shuttle with your key.... It would help alot...

Far from the patong beach they offer a free shuttle bus every hour but it will take a very logn time and it will be full most of the time plus it will stop in another hotel

Most of the receptionists don't speak english very well That is why check-in time takes a long time and misunderstanding There is no room service or any kind of food after 11:30 pm

We stayed 6 nights. each day the room was not serviced properly. One day we had no towels, another day no robes, another day no restocking of shampoo conditioner etc. Unfriendly staff.

The lobby and corridor don't have air-con. It's needed to pay a deposit for an amount.

I really love this bed! Very comfortable and helps me sleep deeply. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ocean view is perfect. The room had a nice smell and was very clean.

Just a little further out from the main beach area but easily walkable and no lack of taxis. The beach opposite was rocky and had to cross a busy road to get to it

Nice big rooms and direct pool access was awesome-staff super friendly and helpful, big shout out to Mali 😀😍. Great views across Patong Beach

The pool temperature was on the cold side and also a little too deep for me, I couldn't stand. The hotel is directly on the main road.

The hotel was better than I thought. The breakfast was our favourite, fruit smooths and iced coffee included which was lovely. The room was spacious with a beautiful view. Around 10 minutes from Patong in a Tuk Tuk 200 Bart. The staff were so friendly and always smiling.

Some days housekeeping was as late as 4:30pm. Not a major issue, but would be ideal if the room was serviced by 2pm at the latest.

Spacious rooms and a very nice pool area. Breakfast was a very good quality with plenty of options. View from the Ocean suite was also very picturesque. Location of the hotel also meant that tour companies were able to pick up you up directly.

The pool was gorgeous, unfortunately there was rubbish, empty bottles, glasses , plates etc. laying around and no staff to clean up. It was disappointing and dirty. The toilets by the pool weren’t clean and the poor gardeners were in the boiling heat cutting the lawn with hand held shears! Minor things that could be rectified quickly which would make the place more appealing.

Our room was beautiful 😍 fantastic views from our balcony, the room was spacious, big bathroom and the beds were SO comfortable!

What bothered us a little is while checking out there was a big mistake on what we took from the mini bar they charged us for thing we didn’t use/ eat, they took it off the bill but that took them a long time and we were delayed since we had a flight to catch.

The reception staff were great specially Irin and Laila they have been a great help with lots of our queries. Beds were comfortable and room was clean, house keeping was great as well as the breakfast.
