The property is under new ownership, and appears to have not been well maintained in the past, perhaps by the previous owners. There were many workmen to be seen now trying to bring it "up to scratch", and this was very pleasing. I think that once these workmen have finished replacing, eg missing tiles, loose taps etc, it will be a very high standard. There is no nice sandy beach, the waters of the Gulf come right up to the seawall.

This is a "fully self-contained" resort which caters in particular for kids.There are numerous activities and rooms for them - even an ice cream stand! There is a small village containing restaurants, massage shops and a 7/Eleven a short walk (100m) away. The room rate was not excessive. Good breakfast, although a bit overcrowded on the weekend when there were 3 busloads there as well as the private weekenders from Bangkok.

I enjoyed stay at the hotel but the hotel needs to be improved especially lack of staff. Hotel launched many campaigns and promotions while the staff is not enough to service customers. Room management and arrangement must be improved first. I got to the hotel before 3 and staff made an offer to upgrade a room for us and made us wait for almost 2 hours just to come back with a card for the previous type of room we booked. Another hour for waiting to get an upgraded room while our friends who came after already got their rooms. Seafood and pizza has been served but super delayed because orders have been made but the hotel is under staff. Public bathrooms are not cleaned and left unchecked by the maid.

The elevators are not good. It's not enough for the guest especially in long weekend. The service lift for bellboy could be seperated from the guest lift. in rush hour is too busy and waiting for a long time. The staffs at kids club was so so.

Pool is good for family. All Staff are very kind and politely especially front, restaurant and maid. All mood and tone of the Hotel is fair. But it's too old and I hope the hotel is in the improvement process for to be a better place.

There were too few elevators which caused long queues. Also there were many facilities that were outdated and needed an update. They were also noticeably understaffed. The 15:00 check in was also quite late..

There were many activities to do and the room was updated and clean. The price point was just right.

breakfast is not very good, lack of choice. too crowded on weekends, too many families with kids running around everywhere, although this is bit normal since it's more of a family oriented resort. no more Skybar (closed since covid) which was one of the nicest features for the evening...

Sometimes the air conditioner fan makes strange noises, which can be quite alarming.

The hotel upgraded my room for free, and it was clean and well-equipped with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, a game room, and more. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and answer guests' questions.

The humming noise of the A/C or building generator was always audible and all over the hotel, the fixtures and fittings in the rooms are quite dated. The beach is only accessible at certain times of the day when the tide is out and not the best for swimming, but that being said I enjoyed listening to the waves crashing against the hotel wall and the strong cooling breeze

Breakfast room was too small, not enough places and there was no food and plates.Room was dirty and terrace more dirty.Had to clean chairs and table with paper and water before you could sit there. Room keylock did not work, had to try always about 15X, before it opened.
