it’s a little far from metro/sky rail transportation but you can walk to most destinations

everything was great. this started off our trip on such a high note. the host, M, was so helpful and friendly and offered so many recommendations. the breakfast in the morning was some of the best we had in Thailand. the location is walking distance from so many sights. we enjoyed our stay very much

Boutique accomodation in a interesting and authentic neighbourhood. Well located within walking distance of Khaosan rd and riverboat terminal. The rooms was quaint and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and Manager Em took real pride in making sure you experienced the best side of Thai hospitality.

Fabulous location. Neighbor Phuthon is just a short walk away from the Grand Palace, Wat Saket etc and yet on a quiet street with a lovely local vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious vegetarian Asian breakfast. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. A real gem in a slightly crazy city!

The hotel has an excellent location in the old quarter and is in a characterful, renovated building. It is very easy to walk to major attractions, such as the Grand Palace and temples. The friendly owner provided very helpful advice on things to do, see and eat in the area. The breakfasts were excellent, with generous helpings of beautifully presented, different, local food each day. The room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The only downside we can think of is the not soundproof rooms. But for us this was completely fine.

The host is an awesome person. He is really likable and actively engages with his guests. He has a lot of valuable tips for guests and is always around for any kind of questions or assistance. We really liked the courtyard and the neighborhood in general. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. There is also a great restaurant close by called Daeng. You get to enjoy traditional Thai breakfast and while this might not be for everyone we really enjoyed it. Also there is great coffee. There is also a bar beside the hotel which although is a bit noisy, also brings a lot of atmosphere to the whole street.

Everything! the location was wonderful — we were central with easy access to Wats, the river ferries, and Khao San road (walkable to Chinatown) while still staying in a quiet and quaint location. The rooms themselves were thoughtfully designed and unique. Most importantly, M was an amazing host and so welcoming! We felt like family. The breakfasts were also incredible and some of the best food we had all trip. We are already missing the Neighbor Phuthon!

Em, who owns and runs the hotel made sure to ask about my dietary preferences, made sure I found the hotel through proactively making contact and when I finally was on the move towards the hotel giving me clear instructions and sending me the location via whatsapp. Highly recommended. The floor being 150 years old adds to the charm. A small boutique hotel.

Breakfast was incredible, local fare with terrific coffee. Everyday breakfast was different so you'll never get tired of the food. The location was great, walking distance to many of the main attractions in Bangkok. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were very soft. This room had a table and chairs for eating and a place to hang and store your clothes.
