For the money you’re spending it’s definitely a good deal! I stayed in an economy room and I’d probably suggest paying extra for a nicer room if your budget allows.

Great location very close to Karon beach, you can easily walk to Kata beach too. My room was specious and very clean. Great WiFi, if you need to work no problems whatsoever. Lots of shops around. The place is very quiet. Bus stop to the airport is like 3 min away. Delicious breakfasts overlooking the sea. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the owner is amazing.

Very nice and calm villas between Karon and Kata beach. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The best breakfasts in Thailand in the restaurant with a sea view, European and Thai food! Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing! You should definetely book a room here it is available! Super breakfast and lunch buffet included. 5 minutes on foot from the bus station (uphill) and restaurant with sea views!

Found ants on my bed, but the staff cleaned it and changed the sheet immediately. The air conditioner controller doesn't work very well. The TV can't be turned on for some reason.

Everything was great

I felt as if am home ♥️ the best hotel I stayed in Thailand in in terms of price amd what you receive. The owner and his beautiful family is amazing. The owner is always working as well managing every little detail. From early morning till late evening. Staff is always helpful. Water and coffee free all day day, tea too. Close to beach Karon, walking distance to Kata. Food is very delicious, extremely homy food concept. Breakfast or lunch untill 2 pm. As well as for 300 you can have dinner Swedish table too.wifi great. Room always clean, staff cleaning every day. Beautiful and friendly girls. The territory of hotel is lovely. Place is quiet. Also at that side of beach there is amazing beautiful beach club. Bus stop just down the road. AMAZING PLACE. Thank you for your kindness and love to your job, and your guests. PS I broke a cup and they said "Please it's ok!" Thank you, I will return.

We loved the food, huge variety of food for buffet breakfast, cheap prices for lunch and dinner. Received voucher for free dinner for 1 person. The bus stop to airport just across the street, lots of shops, markets walking distance and also the beach across the street.

Only issue, and it is more of a "nice to have" than a necessity, but the very basic toilet/washroom/shower combination and the lack of ceiling fans to help with the Phuket heat!

The vibe of the place is very relaxed, and it is far enough off the main drag in Kata/Karon that it is actually quite peaceful. The food served during the breakfast/brunch buffet is good and plentiful.
