the lighting around the mirrors is too harsh too see properly

its beautiful and modern. its a in a good location, close enough to terminal 21 by car. the hotel restaurant is also very very good. genuinely one the best places i have stayed at. the pool and the area is excellent as well. the staff was extremely helpful. very nice people

-upon arriving early, the staff asked me to wait after making a copy of my passport. I thought he was taking care of my booking, before realising after 15min of waiting that he was doing other things and was blatantly ignoring me. When asking why he was letting me wait in front of the counter (I was the only person in the lobby), he told me to go by the pool and wait 4h for check-in time. Never came across such a rude way to check people in. I asked him why he wouldn't just tell me this before intsead of letting me wait , he pretended not to understand me. After taking a look around I realised that many rooms were available for check in. I told him so, and he said "I will check", while keeping me waiting. I ended up having to ask another lady who seemed to have better understanding of her job description, and finally arranged an early check-in. -Upon checkout, same thing : "wait here sir, we will check your room". you think they would have notified me after it's done ... I just had enough and left after 10 min. -the room was filled with mosquitos. Never experienced anything like this, it genuinely felt like a mosquito farm. -not many electric outlets inside the room -the location is not that great. Overall not worth the premium price they charge for their room. Plenty of better options in Pattaya

The room is not soundproof. We can hear "unpleasant" noise from the other room. 😂

Breakfast was nice.. it is very clean, we loved the swimming pool and the little play area for kids. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

Very plain/simple rooms. Only cheap materials used, very basic shower, cheap coffee, no decoration in rooms (nothing at all). Pillows were a disaster. Very hard and very high. My neck hurt a lot. Breakfast is worth 70 baht maximum.

Though spacious, the room doesnt't provide enough space to work elsewhere except balcony. The heater in the shower isn't capable enough to produce hot water even for quick wash, and water supply itself is weak. Hair wash became a real challenge - found myself hunting for rare drops of cool water dripping around while bathroom fan sent a steady powerful blow of cold air straight to my back. Bathroom in our second room had the same issue. Rather unexpectedly the hotel had no meal offers during our stay - the restaurant was closed because there were too little guests in the hotel, so we had to seek out where to eat or even have coffee. It was a big surprise, as the hotel positions itself as 5* but in fact the only service we had was room cleaning

The hotel is new and neat, located in a quiet place. The rooms have spacious balcony (but the chairs are not too much comfortable).

It is a very nice, somewhat chique but not over the top place to stay. Pool is great and the hotter it gets the more shade it provides. Breakfast is good. The room comfy, with a nice bathroom. Yes, I was very pleased and sad to leave!

It's a lovely little hotel in the heart of Pattaya - can highly recommend it and good value for money.
