It’s was good and clean really but it’s was a little bit far from the city we need take a taxi for going to the city but it’s not expensive taxi the staff was great really breakfast was really good

Location isn't great, breakfast wasn't the best quality or options. Shower water pressure and temperature was unreliable and fluctuated a lot

Staff were attentive and helpful with whatever we needed. Nice balcony view, hotel decor was nice throughout. Pools are nice and quiet and food service was good.

front desk staffs were not very helpful/polite. they just shrug and say they don't know when questions and don't bother to help retrieve more details (such as how far is a certain address from the hotel). The loud music in the hotel lobby...not soothing at all and can be quite irritating after awhile. The proximity from any convenience store is non walkable.

rooms are big and spacious and very comfortable. room was very good. breakfast was good too.

Shower temperature was impossible to control. On any setting it would drift to either freezing or scalding. Dangerous if a child used it. Must be a pressure issue so assume affects every room. Poor breakfast. Good fruit but no eggs or cheese and only white bread. Wet boiled ham and boiled sausages. No savoury spreads only strawberry jam or marmalade. Horrid piped music everywhere.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Large bathroom with bath and shower, friendly staff. Good value for money. Nice decor.

the liquid amenities are too small more than usual. (12 ml ) I need to ask them more as 1-2 times.

breakfast was poor and not a lot of option. we were separte from our kids andd it wasn't connected safetly to move from one part to another - the entrance was from parking . it's near industrial area and to go to anywhere else was to get taxi. there wasnwt a beach near. 15-20 minutes to macdonalds and 8 minutes to supermarket in a gass station. the restaurant wasn't tasty at all.

The breakfast buffet was not good, they really need to work on that part. As well for the music and the swimming pool, they have maybe 3-4 songsthat they put on repeat.

The room and the bed where great, also the pool is fantastic. It’s an quite location in Pattaya North, so you either need to travel with the app Grab or rent a motorbike. The staff was very welcome and warm.

Breakfast spread was ok, nothing spectacular but it was ok for us. The only thing I really didnt like was the extra bed, which was a thin mattress on a foldable metal frame. I can feel the frame when I lie on it.

My room was at level 7 and was quiet and clean. Buffet breakfast was included, the spread was ok as well to just fuel you up for breakfast. Will recommend if you are looking for accomodation in Pattaya.

The ambient music. Should have put on relaxing music instead of beauty runway music which are tiring to hear. The management should check the quality of the shower head. If it leak, it don't work well. Guest putting on loud music at night until around 1.45am. Night shift staff should make rounds so that these type of guest will not disturb others.

Breakfast is average. Could be better.

breakfast was not enough. the tour was there and the hotel didnt spare enough food and it looks like other hotel guests need to eat the left over food

This hotel is not smoke free and because there are too many Chinese tourist, they smoked in the public area including in the restaurant which is not quite ok. Location is far from and without direct access to Sukhumvit Road and location map on Google Map is not precise.

Shower water is too small and also too hot or too cold. It's very difficult for me to take a shower. And can hear the sound of my neighbour but for me it's acceptable

Hot water was on and off - hard to get good temperature. No hand or face towels and very limited toiletries. Only Thai TV channels. Not 5 star under any circumstances - high end 3 star or low end 4 star, so overpriced.

Clean rooms with decent beds, but rooms are less impressive than the photos. Staff & housekeeping were good and check in and out very fast.
