The staff were wonderful, everyone was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, immaculately clean and so comfortable and fantastic value. It’s been one of our best stays since travelling Malaysia & Thailand (and we’ve stayed in plenty). The location was brilliant, not far from the beach or restaurants but never noisy. Would highly, highly recommend.

Spartan breakfast and monotonous one. Lack of space when taking breakfast downstairs. Very narrow and steep stairs (me and wife are athletic but others might find it difficult). No elevator is a minus too. Rooms orientated to the main Kata road are noisy.

The hotel is definately worth the money. Helpful staff, ultra clean rooms, hot water with pressure (rarity for thailand accomodations), nice big rooms, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed (best I've seen so far).

They didn't have tea or coffee bags in the room, only the kettle. It's a tiny detail that didn't diminish at all the wonderful experience we had there.

All the staff members were incredibly friendly and caring. Our room met the requirements and the breakfast was very good. The best detail was that they not only let us leave our backpack in the hostel during the last day after the check-out time but they also allowed us to use the shower of our room when we came back to pick it up since the weather was really hot and we had been the whole day out. We were very impressed with that gesture.

Location was a bit far, if we needed to travel any major location like patong it would be costing us 800 Baht to 1000 baht

The bathroom drain doesn’t work well, but it seems a construction defect that can not easily be fixed

I absolutely loved staying with you, guys! Friendly and helpful staff, cozy place caring about small things (like a beach bag and towels)! I loved the breakfasts - vegetables, eggs, fruit (varied mango,pineapple, passion fruit), yoghurt. Toasts with jam and peanut butter. Fried rice. Cold and hot coffee selection. I loved the guest area on the second floor - which was great for companies to play board games in the evenings. I will definitely stay with you next time!

The only negative we could say, that there were a lot of narrov steps, there was no elevator, so You have to take this into consoderation.

The apartment and the staff was great, we really liked it. Hotel is located near the main street, You can ask to be relocated if it is too loud for You. To the nearest beach there is around 10-15 minutes by walk, next obe is around 30 minutes walk, everything was nearby. Apartment itself was very comfortable, the room was clean and modern. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was a la carte, we liked it, if You can't attend it, staff will prepare breakfast box if You want. We really enjoyed our stay.

If you want to go to the beach, it is 8-15 minutes walk, depending on the side of the beach entrance. Recommend to take a bolt taxi, 200 Bhat to the Beach southeast.

A drawback for us was the location of the hotel- although on the map it seems quite close to the beach, since there are a lot of private resorts, it is impossible to go through them. Alternatively, you have to walk for 15-20 mins to the beach and walking on the streets of Thailand is not the easiest as the roads are narrow, cars are parked on both sides and the motorbikes literally fly on the roads. Another drawback was that our room was located on the side of the main road and it was quite nosy at night mainly due to the motorbikes.

The hotel was extremely clean, the room was spacious and really well decorated. The breakfast was amazing, definitely recommend getting mushrooms with your breakfast order! The staff was extremely supportive, kind and friendly. Overall, great experience would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

To get to the beach you have to walk like 15-20 minutes because there is a very big resort just in front of the hotel, so we thought the access to beach was nearer.

The room was very comfy and the service was great, they gave us a discount voucher for massages and the breakfast was delicious

Breakfast started only at 8 am, wish it could be at least at 7 am. And the stairs is very steep, no concern for us but can be a challenge for elder people

Staff were fantastic. Very attentive and friendly. Absolutely couldn't fault them. Facilities in the price band were all that could be expected - clean, good enough size, well maintained. Overall a really good visit.
