We did not enjoy the buffet dinner so ate out each night. Some areas of the hotel needed an update but did not spoil our stay at all.

Loved all the pools, great to have all the variety. Our room was perfect for our 2 little children. Beds were all massive and super comfortable. Children loved the shows each night, kept them so entertained. Pool bar was great and massive buffet breakfast. Beach was fantastic with great shops and restaurants nearby.

Location is a bit out of the main area, but they do offer a free shuttle between 11-4pm.

Staff were very friendly & helpful, breakfast had lots of options, AC worked super well, bed was comfortable, toiletries well stocked, lots of little shops right out front along the beach to eat and get snacks, free drinking water was available to help reduce waste.

The room was not cleaned very well, bottles of water were not left everyday. We had to ask reception for the coffee sachets. Wi-Fi would not work in the room - only on the balcony and in the communal parts of the hotel.

Lower restaurant seemed understaffed at breakfast sometimes with a line for omelettes/eggs.

Access/distance to beach from the Villa Local people very friendly and do not hassle you like many do in other countries. Upper restaurant was much better and seemed to have more options for breakfast. Great weekly markets down the road via taxi are well worth visiting.

No room service, beach pool needs some shade for kids to use it during day, better pastries for breakfast as all croissants etc were so small and soft…, pla take care of the facilities better as we see here and there signs of deterioration. Replace the floor lampa and bedside lamps, they are rusty and full of dust. Better drainage in shower

Lovely room with sea view as described, beautiful pools, excellent location on beach with lots of restaurants within short walk on the beach, tui staff amazing and hard working to entertain day and night.

water slides are open from 11-15, which is too short plus during our stay only one was working. Aricondition make a lot of noise. it would be great if the hotel provided a computer for guests to arrange boarding pass for example.

hotel is located in a quiet area next to very nice and cosy beach. In the room we found a basket with a beach mat so you do not worry if you don’t find free sunbed. Breakfast is fantastic, you can choose from a plenty of dishes and fruits. You have also menu dedicated for kids. Beds are comfortable. If you want to go to the city they have shuttle bus every half an hour which is very convenient. I would come back to this hotel again,

Very nice, beachfront location of the hotel. Great facilities which give you lots of options how to spend your day between the pools or chill out on the beach. Delicious breakfast with big variety of choices. Really relaxing stay for the families.

As very often happens, problem is with Coffee. If this is important to you, be prepared to solve this problem yourself. "Jacuzzi" in swimming pools are old and broken. In our pool-access room it was very difficult to turn it on.

Everything is ok. The staff is helpful and speaks good English. Good air-conditioning system, comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. Very varied breakfast. Nice and cheap Massage on the beach, on the left side.

cleanliness was an issue, the evening entertainment was only for the kids club and it was a 20 minute taxi into town.

It was a little isolated, but having said that there was a free shuttle bus to town on the hour, or a tuk tuk for 400TB for the 12 of us!

The easy walk to a beautiful beach and several restaurants. We were a family group of 13, from a 70 year old to a 2 year old, and it suited all ages. The local restaurants just outside the resort catered for children, with children’s meals and toys to play with. The resort had several pools which suited all ages. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food, including a children’s table.

The beach front restaurant staff were unhelpful and the room could of done with a deep clean we understand that it's a quick turn around but maybe having some where they have the time to clean properly ours had what we think was tomato ketchup? Over the walls and a sink which the plug was broken but with the plug they were there to fix very quickly but if they had more time they would of seen this.

Pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable, bath/shower is poorly designed and not all facilities were open

I checked in late that day and found that the shower and closet door were broken . I told staff and they sent someone to fix it during we went out to dinner. But they were still broken and staff couldn't do anything but say sorry.

our suite overlooked a huge childrens pool - we don't have small children and would have preferred a quieter spot near the adults swimming pool. The whole resort was very dark with limited lighting - we needed a torch to get around! The restaurants were not great and we ate out nearly every night - some of the restaurants in the hotel were closed. Difficult to get sunbeds on the beach verge - had to find a sunbed and carry it out ourselves Daily workouts in the pool with loud music and TUI rep blasting out on loudspeaker ruined the beach ambience!

Breakfast was good, our suite was comforable. Hotel position on the beach excellent.

A lot of things were not available for our stay.For example: no kids club, no big slides, no promotional free ice cream upon booking. These things should be stated clearly before people book. I understand about low season but we were only a few days off from high season and I wasn't aware kids club wouldn't be open.

Rooms and breakfast were brilliant. Lots of choice and lots of space for my family. We also had parking too which was appreciated.
