United StatesThe cleanness in the tub area need more attention to details to eliminate black mold in the edges and between tiles. I avoided using the tub due to this.
I enjoyed the amazing sunset, sunrise and the view of the beach from the balcony. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options in a luxury environment.

AustraliaThe buffet breakfast was ordinary. The fried eggs were pre-cooked & were cold. The scrambled eggs & omelette were cooked to order but had a very strange taste. On the flip side, the meals that were cooked in the pool bistro were great. The bathroom didn't fully close, not that is was a huge issue but for added privacy it would have been nice.
The rooms were well appointed & there was a good amount of space around the furniture. It was all very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The men in charge of the transport van to Terminal 21 were great. Pick up was so easy.

IndiaThe location was but far from the highlights of Pattaya. Also the facilities closed up pretty early like the restaurant closed by 8:30 PM. Had to order food from grab. Post 8:30 hardly any services. Also the hotel does not regularly cater to Indians which was highlighted by the choices available in items for breakfast.
The rooms were big and spacious. The property was clean and the staff was helpful. The pool is also the highlight. Terminal 21 is within walking distance.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we’ve booked again for next winter. After staying in nearly all the top class hotels in Pattaya, I must say we do prefer this hotel. Not too big, great views, lovely staff, great service, rooms are superb, clean and comfy bed, clean pool, beach views and everything you want from a Thai Hotel, especially as the staff look after the hotel dog, Emma. Kind people x

United StatesThe staff was a bit nervous, probably because the owner was there the same time. The breakfast is also wasn't very sexy, but we have different expectations from breakfast due to our cultural differences.
Pool area, guests, location. The beach was just outside of the pool area. The room was very clean and spacious enough. Wifi was fast and I enjoyed the view from my balcony.

IndiaWhile the hotel had many positive aspects, it was disappointing to find a lack of vegetarian options on their food menu. It’s important to remember that some people prefer a vegetarian diet. A more diverse menu catering to different dietary preferences would certainly enhance the dining experience. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but improvements can be made in the food department.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were clean and larger than expected, providing a comfortable living space. A special mention must be made of the fantastic swimming pool, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Being a beach house, the property was easily accessible via a short walk, making it convenient for us to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. The breakfast was delicious and offered multiple options, catering to a variety of tastes. Overall, our stay at the hotel was delightful and we would highly recommend it to others.

United KingdomThe shower - you had to climb into the bath which was quite high - at 74 years old I found this quite worrying - in case I fell. The shower itself was good.
The staff were very friendly - we had a lovely time and ate at the hotel most nights - it was so relaxing.

Could not fault this hotel. The bed was so comfortable, the bedding was luxurious. The room was spacious with lots of storage space. Everything was supplied in the room including an ironing board and umbrella. The staff were attentive and so polite. Plenty of choice for all nationalities for breakfast. During the day and in the evening you could have meals or snacks overlooking the beach and could watch the sun set. Can't wait to go back.
