i think the property is easy to find despite it being located in an alley. Its super easy to get around too. MRT is about 5mins walk away. tuk tuk also awaits along the road near the MRT. Convenience store is nearby. Theres a connecting bridge that connects MBK Centre (Shopping Mall), Siam Discovery (Shopping Mall) and Bangkok Art and Culture Centre. MRT station name is National Stadium, its one stop to Siam, where all the Shopping Malls are; Siam Paragon, Siam Centre and Siam Square. taking the MRT is a breeze if you know where you want to go and which mall you want to explore. Taxis are easy to hail or book a grab from the hotel if you prefer that. Chatuchak is about 20mins by tuk tuk. Staff are friendly and amazing at keeping our room clean, we always come back with a clean bedsheet. Our room was quite untidy because we didnt have time to clean up during our stay but we try to keep it neat before we went out and its always in tiptop condition when we come back!

- SUPER FRIENDLY STAFFS - VERY CONVENIENT WALKING DISTANCE TO GET THE EITHER THE BTS STATION OR EVEN SIAM DISCOVERY The connecting room was fantastic! Love how you can also adjust the room temperature accordingly. The rooms are really clean and comfortable too~ My 2 year old and my mother loves the space too! Which I feel it’s a bonus~ Also loved that the hotel massage spa service has such zen vibes!

The wifi is awful, so much so that we gave up and bought everyone SIM cards. The kitchen is sparsely equipped and very inadequate if you wanted to cook.

The location is amazing. The staff were so helpful, flexible and quick to respond. The 3 bedroom unit was very spacious. The additional toilet was very useful with 2 teens.

Need to walk one minute to reception which located at LIT Bangkok hotel. But if you need carry heavy luggage to check out. Better to call for a golf car.

Very closed to BTS National Stadium Station, also close to convenient store. Although it is located at centre of city, but very quiet at night. The room is very big and including a mini kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine, just like a home. It want to cook, pan, bowl and plate are ready to use. Really great place, I will come again.

Excellent location. National Stadium BTS was a 7 minute walk and Siam BTS was about 10 minute walk too. Close to MBK centre. Residence apartment was great. Clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. Buffet breakfast was ok. Not bad but we have had better. Good choice of continental selection and Thai.

Location and facility of the accommodations is great. The staffs were really lovely and friendly. The kids loved the swimming pool.

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Puk, the room was clean and quite large for the price the room we picked also had an outdoor balcony which can be hard to get in Bangkok. The staff will also help you organise excursions across Bangkok. The hotel is very close to BTS and MBK less than 5 minutes walking distance.

It's a little hard to find. Some cabbies had a hard time finding the place. However, this is a minor, almost negligible inconvenience.

Staff was nice, the room was great, the breakfast was good. There's really not much to dislike about this place. I would recommend it to family and friends. Good place for families as there's not much craziness going on around the area where the hotel is located.

No Towel, sanitiser wipes or water in gym. FYI No attraction information or booking (which is fine as most now online).
