We was at the front overlooking the Rompo market area were the bars are so at night there was a bit of loud music but it wasn't to much of a problem.

We asked for an extra pillow. We were told it was 100 baht per day for a pillow. It may be just me, but I’ve stayed in allot of hotels over the years, 12 on this holiday alone. And I’ve never been charged for a pillow before!!

Very poor room lighting, A/C cannot be controlled, low level room decoration (not so important to me), room facilities such as trash can must be improved (covwr to tash an at washroom).

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss with a varying amount of choice over the 4 days we stayed Staff are not overly helpful and didn't even say goodbye when we checked out There is a 500 baht key deposit to pay in cash at check in, it would have been handy to know beforehand

Roof top infinity pool is beautiful 😍 Hotel is clean and quiet and away from the main bar areas but within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat and drink locally

Nothing to say at all. But I wish that at the pool area, it would be nice if there are more of the pool lounge for your guests as everyday we try to get 2 seats but there always are unavailable. We stayed 5 nights but did not get to use the pool at all as we had no seat to sit.

Balconies were not Balconies especially when they were half occupied by an air con unit. Strange chooce of breakfast of 3 from Thai and 3 from American.

Rooms clean and beds comfy. Nice pool area and staff were friendly Convenient for local restaurants and attractions.

The aircon in the room was terrible and the bathroom was very dark. The room also needs a bedside table lamp.

Bed - for me the beds were way too firm but most of Thailand I find like that. The staff put a mattress topper on which helped a lot. For my husband he found them ok and for a friend that stayed as well loves the firm beds. So it is more a personal choice. The gym - a few cardio pieces, not any weights.

The location - perfect spot as you have many places to be able to walk too. Local markets, beach, convenience stores, money exchange or anything that you need is a short walk away. A lot of the attractions are not far from there either. Staff - super accommodating and friendly. Pool - roof top pool. Great view and super clean. Room - clean and spacious Great Breakfast Over all extreme value for money. Very family friendly.

Very neat hotel, clean and new, there even a door bell on each room. Beds are confortables, rooms are spacious, staff very nice, breakfast very good, ok swimming pool on top of hotel with very nice view, location good as foods stall near by. Price is reasonable. Recommend this hotel.

The only downside was maybe the breakfast because it was actually really good, especially given the price but perhaps my expectations were too high given the price.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the property felt very clean and very safe. The pool was lovely and the hotel was near to many shops, markets and the beach. The room even included a personal balcony and was very spacious. Overall the hotel is wonderful and offers great value, privacy and lovely views.

The Wi-Fi was unpredictable and often very slow.

There's just a certain bad smell at the bathroom, but it was bearable.

Loved the location as it was located in a quiet part of Jomtien but near all the necessary establishments like the market, convenience store, and food hub, as well as Jomtien Beach. Staff were courteous and always greet you with a smile. Loved the breakfast. The pool area provides a nice view of Jomtien. Will surely stay here again.👌🙂

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Good location, 7-11 50 meter away, restaurants and bars close but not too much noice in the evening. 500 m to the beach. Small but nice pool on the roof. Good parking possibility.

A small minus was that I wrote in an email that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, but nothing was prepared in the room when we arrived.

The staff was very helpful. They even helped us to get to the bus station when we checked out. We would defiantly return.

The hotel is located in an alley off a main road. Unfortunately, trash is laying in the alley and detracts from the neighborhood as one has to either walk or drive in the alley.

The location is great. Next door to lots of restaurant/food vendors, bars, and convenienece stores. Also easy access to beach and hop-on taxi service. Nice roof top pool area.
