Sink plug didn’t work which I did need. No where to hang wet clothes.

Very nice staff. The travel lady Nancy is amazing and I recommend booking everything threw her as it’s so much cheaper. Great location

Shower space was quite small but really clean bathroom which was a bonus & good shower pressure!

Perfect location! Sunday markets just down the road, close to great cafes and restaurants! The rooms were spacious! I stayed here a few weeks ago and came back cos it was perfect for what I wanted. The staff were friendly and there is a tour place downstairs to help book anything.

Rooms were nice and large bed was very comfy rooms cleaned every second day with 2 bottles of water, staff were friendly and welcoming Ali at reception was very helpful and accommodating wud recommend the hotel anytime..

No elevator so not very accessible. Our room had mould on the bathroom ceiling. The shower area was not separated from the rest of the bathroom area so the bathroom floor got wet very quickly, more like a wet room. Drain also blocked. The balcony door was not very easy to open and there were no lights outside so sitting outside meant sitting in the dark. Mattress was hard.

Good location and quiet environment.Room fees is fair. It is easy to plan to go everywhere. There are many Restaurants, Cafe and Thai massage around it.

The tour agency in the lobby recommended a visit to an elephant sanctuary. The tour was not suitable for us due to the arduous hike in to the elephant experience. I don’t think the agent was even familiar with the place.

The location is ideal for visiting temples, the Sunday Night Market, restaurants, bars, and other points of interest.

If I’m being picky, door locks were not secure, really needed a lamp with kids to put to sleep.

Helpfull staff, washing machine, great location near local shops, markets. The old town has least traffic, pollution and noise.

We stayed on the ground floor and heard everyone’s chatting. Walls are thin too so can hear more conversations. Some parts of room unclean such as floor and bath towels

Location is good for food and attractions- all walking distance. Tour guide 24/7 on site to book trips if needed

Bathroom had a little bit of mould and the shower water could have been a bit warmer if I had to pick flaws! Also the balcony door to our room was broken and would have trouble locking, but still provided access

The staff were so lovely and friendly with booking activities in and around Chiang Mai. They would often help us save money by suggesting different ways to do activities (which was fine with us!). They also provide free snacks, noodles and coffee throughout the day at all times.

No elevator which can be difficult when staying on the 4th floor with big heavy bags, but not too much of an issue. At first the Bathroom flooded a little bit because the shower plug drained really slowly but the staff helped and cleaned out the plug to make it drain a bit better.

Amazing value for money, so cheap to stay. Very Clean. Big comfortable bed and spacious room. A Free bottle of water everyday and fresh towels. Netflix on tv. Great location - close to the main area but quiet on a night time. Hot shower with good pressure. Helpful staff and you can book excursions and onward travel within the hotel. Wifi was good.

Not something we didn’t like necessarily but there is a 300baht deposit which we weren’t aware of - make sure you have cash. The bed was a little hard, but did not cause issues.

Good value for money, easy walk into centre. Happy to look after the bags. The guy offering tours from the hotel was so helpful!
