Unbelievable view Samui, Seaview, Jungle view. Room is very comfortable, everything nice, stuff friendly. I'll make surprise for my old friend, we are bouth living at Samui more 10 years, see many beautiful view and hotels and this place really amazing. I'll recommend for my friends and back for sure.

Great hotel with big, clean rooms, amazing breakfast (to be ordered in the hotel‘s own restaurant where you have an amazing view on the pool and Samui’s palm trees) and really lovely staff! We would definitely book again!

No independent shower so if you take a shower all the bathroom will get wet. And you can barely get here without a drive, it's around 5 min drive from the main road

Housekeeping should be more consistent

The staff at the reception and restaurant/kitchen is excellent. Those girls are a real asset to the hotel. The view from my room was fabulous. Beautiful view from the infinity pool and deck.

I actually was meant to mention to the hotel owner these things before I left, but got distracted, so please accept my apologies for this. A few of the spot lights were out in the bedroom and one in the en suite room. The bed was too soft for us and pillows too hard, but that’s just personal preference. I’m sure others would be more than happy with it. Lastly, the air conditioner would turn itself off when we were sleeping at night, not sure if this might have been on a timer. And the curtain to block the light from the balcony could not be closed if we wanted to use the air conditioner, so just found that a little strange.

The pool and dining area were beautiful as were the views from our room. We only stayed a short time, so didn’t get to make the most of the facilities, but really impressed with them. Our room was very spacious and had a balcony too. The owner of the hotel was really kind and sweet and very helpful whenever we needed something. We also really liked how much of a community player the owner of the hotel was. We asked her if we could rent bikes from the hotel and she advised that bike rentals and laundry service were sourced out to the locals to help the community rather than the hotel taking the money. We really liked this. If you are going to stay here you definitely need a bike or some form of transport as it’s not really close to anything

When I arrived nobody was there so I had to look for somebody to check me in. It took a while even when I notified them my arrival time. In general management is nice and friendly. They did let me check out at 1pm. The rooms are pretty old , and me personally felt a bit dark inside ( but it’s my own preference) but not critical.

It’s really something luxury in Thailand Very nice and clean swim pool! With a view. They also have a pond with fish. I would recommend to stay for this price but you need to have a vehicle

Super spacious room nearby the wonderful Maenam beach. Bed was very comfortable and living area is great for lounging and relaxing. Incredible island views and sea views from the rooms. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Room has everything you need to feel at home.

We had a very serious, unfortunate lost object incident during our stay with the staff there. We stayed in one room, and we were moved to another room, however, we left a small SIM card and a pin on the table next to the bed. Almost everyone on the staff knew that we were just moving rooms NOT leaving the hotel immediately. The Sim card we left was our local card, which was tied to all our bank transactions, accounts, and everything else. We realized we left it in the room for about less than 24 hours after moving to the other room, and we went to ask the staff and the receptionist, and they said we threw it away in the garbage, which was then taken by a big trash truck, they didn't care at all to retune it to us and just threw it in the garbage as simple as that. Can you imagine the damage caused to us by that? We had to go to the embassy to do attorney papers for someone else back home to send us a new SIM card, and we made tons of calls back to the local country telecom provider to beg for another SIM card to be shipped to us as we were stuck in Thailand without the main phone number that's tied to everything. This cost us about $400 because of a stupid action like this from the hotel, which treated their international guests without care! Honestly, this was the worst service incident I ever experienced at a hotel. We will never stay there ever again that don't care about keeping important guest objects when found!

The receptionist was very friendly and supportive. We really loved her! The view is beautiful from the balcony from a high floor. The food was delicious most of the time, especially the club sandwich and the desserts. There was some noise from the other rooms during the night and morning, which was disturbing, and the toilet was smelly all the time for no reason. Plus no curtains on one big window, so you can sleep with light after the sunrise which was also very annoying to try to hide your eyes from all the light.

The owner, the facilities, and the location

This property was grossly misrepresented to the point that we could not stay in the room. They advertised as spacious with a bathtub and a kitchenette of which it had neither. The view was supposed to be ocean view but in reality ours was of some “busy” agricultural plant. Upon speaking with the owner who attempted to give me a song and dance routine we agreed that we would leave and he would wave the cancellation fee…that was 10 days ago and after 12 emails to the property and an equal number of phone calls the charge remains on my card. Booking.com has attempted to contact them as well and they ignore them as well. Beware of this place, and it’s owner, they have no integrity and are quite content in misrepresenting themselves. Now I’ve seen this many times where the property does not look exactly like the pictures in the advert, but this one is far beyond the pale, it is flat out fraud.

Seemed a work in progress. Gym was small and underwhelming. Vehicle required to get to beaches and popular areas.
