Only thing I can think is this bungalow was advertised as having a coffee machine but had coffee and tea which was fine. I was under the impression it had a proper coffee machine.

Good, friendly and English speaking staff. Arranged the overnight lake trip for us and allowed us to check in later without any problem. The bungalow was nice enough. The location was great as it was close to the couple of restaurants in the village.

The resort was really close to restaurants, walking distance to the national park and the staff was amazing. The guy that sits at the front desk is really helpful and nice. He helped us book a lake tour and also with booking our trip to Phi Phi from Khao Sok.

We drive there just to escape from town. Is so quiet and peaceful. Close to local restaurants and bars. So is no hustle if you don't want walk far away to get some food.

It's expected that there'd be a few insects in the room as it's located in a jungle but we found hundreds of ants nesting in a gap below the window sill and they were crawling on the bed and curtains. Hats off to the staff who sorted it straight away after we notified them. Didn't have any issues with insects after that. The shower pressure was really low.

Clean bungalow in a good location. The gardens were lovely and the staff very nice. We were able to organise excursions and transfers through reception. They even packed a bag for us for the boat trip in Khao Sok, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good too.

If you are looking for a luxurious bathroom, this is the wrong hotel: The bathrooms are very clean, but tiny, and the shower is just mounted on the wall (everything will become wet when you shower, including the toilet).

Incredibly nice resort, located very close to the entrance of Khao Sok Nationalpark. All the rooms are in separate wooden huts (they are elevated, so don't worry about animals getting in). There are two rows of these huts, one directly at the river and the other behind the first row, with a small garden in between. The garden itself is quite nice to relax in, with some fairy lights at night and a hollywood swing. There is also a patio with a roof in case you feel like doing yoga. The whole hotel seems to be part of the jungle, with lots of exotic plants everywhere. At night you will definitely be hearing jungle sounds :) The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. Upon arrival, you can book some trips directly at the hotel, although I would recommend also booking a night at one of the hotels located on the lake (which was not offered by the hotel when we arrived). Breakfast was good as well. My friend is vegan and was very satisfied by the breakfast options. The "town" is very small (it's basically just one road), but there is a variety of restaurants in short walking distance. Overall, I would highly recommend booking this hotel and will definitely come back in case I visit Khao Sok again!

I think we had the best place in the whole village. This was my favourite place in Thailand. The wonderful lovely person at the desk was incredible. Warm, welcoming, helpful, kind. It was the perfect place to stay.

Amazing value for money! A beautiful stay on an elevated bungalow in a gorgeous setting, right next to the entrance to the park and to amenities such as restaurants, shops, ATMs, places to do your laundry, and massage centres. The reception team were fantastic at helping us sort a 2 day 1 night experience on floating bungalows on the lake (2500 baht each). They also helped arrange our transfer to Ao Nang on our departure. The room was big, with an ensuite shower wet room, and the AC was truly delightful. Breakfast was delicious! We would highly recommend the chicken rice soup. The team worked really hard. Thank you!
