Noisy at night as it’s not well isolated and people are coming back late from their day trip. Sheets were stained (blood, food, c*m maybe…)

The host gave us flexibility (we were able to use the shower room before we left after our tour since we had to check out before), we were able to check in early in another room, and helped us book a taxi to Phuket.

We had to change room because there was an issue and there was no curtains the first night so it was a bit annoying. But then they sorted it out for us the next day 🙂

The staff was very helpful in giving us advices about tours in Khao Sok and organised it for us which was cool! They also organised for us a transport to go to Koh Tao. We had such a great experience! The terrasse at the top was very nice to get breakfast. There was also a very cute cat in the lobby 🤩😍

The staff could have been friendlier, maybe the lady had a bad day. Also personal didn’t responded to my messages about early checkout, but gladly the lady I mentioned before, was awake in a room near reception and checked us out and gave our deposit back. Plus, the lady was helpfully after checking in and told us how to get to the KhaoSok national park lake and where to rent a motorbike.

Very good location, near from the main street and 15min walk from bus station.

There was a weird smell in the room and sometimes in the hotel itself.

Very central location. Great spot to see Kao Sok and to get to the national park. We could also store our luggage there. We would revisit. Breakfast was also decent.

They were unable to help with tours suitable for our son so we had to book elsewhere.

Our room was big with a large balcony offering great views. The room had lots of windows making it light and airy and the aircon worked well at keeping us cool.

Got a different room to the one we were expecting. The corridor smells like drain but the room was fine and clean.

In the room was a strong smell of humidity. For those who suffer of asthma or any lungs problems is not the best place to sleep. The towels where grey instead of the white that had at the beginning.

We booked a tour to the hot springs with the hotel the description clearly stated transfer water and entrance ticket included, when we arrived we were told we needed to pay for the ticket too we said it was supposed to be included they said no you just paid for the “tour” here (this was just a taxi journey btw) there were 4 of us who paid 550tbt each and then asked to pay another 100 each. When we returned to the hotel we raised it thinking it’ll be straight forward they’ll give us the 400 just a mistake no they then said tickets not included, so we said in the book right here it says ticket included and we could have just books cab out there in that case and it would have been much cheaper. so they call the manager etc we get the money back but the whole thing was an unnecessary ordeal. The book needs to be updated to say tickets not included it soured the experience. However I would recommend booking here just make sure if you book a tour you make sure to check this even if it say included.

The room was very comfortable the beds were great. The location is perfect. Good value for money.

Local power supply was quite unstable, but this is not the responsibility of the hotel. There was no backup generator at the hotel, so power was out for some hours at a time when trees fell upon the local power lines. They offer tours and activities for booking - some seem very good, but we would not recommend the 1-day lake tour. It was quite a poor experience - very touristy, uninteresting stops and a lot of waiting around.

Very friendly staff with good location. Family-run with charm and good service. Breakfast was not included, but good options were available nearby for good prices.
