Front office staff at the reception, always moody and irritated to serve guests, they are rude and are giving a very bad picture of the hotel general. Be careful with your hotel key they will charge you 300bht, I left mine in the room and they insisted it's not in the room yet i left it in the card port coz of the AC. They were shouting at my husband to pay for the key card, I went back to the room and the cleaner said it's not there when she saw me looking for it and not leaving g the room she gave it to me. So the whole time the cleaner had the card. I think it's a game they play with the reception staff, then share the money. The hotel needs to look in to that. Also under the beds it's very very dirty and dusty we kept on coughing moved the beds and were shocked.

The hotel is beautiful in a very prime location, lovely big pool and wonderful concierge staff as well as restaurant staff during breakfast we're very very good,, friendly and professional, breakfast was also good but a repeat of the same food everyday.

Most of the things are run down - the spa area is closed, the gym is antique, things start to fall apart. It is a pity, it could be such a great hotel

We have a lovely stay. The location is great to the beach, shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good with a good range of food. The staff is attentive and professional.

The bathroom was not as nice as expected

It was good , the pool was great and perfect ! The area is better than the central of Pattaya if you prefer a quiet place to stay! I was expecting the room to be more clean ( the facet that the hotel is quite old in my opinion ! But overall 7-8/ 10

Restaurant food was not great. Tom Yum didnt taste good and was very watery. The green papaya salad tasted a bit stale. Gym had old equipment, not well maintained.

Breakfast was OK, didn't have bacon though. But decent spread. They also have an omelet station.

We went into our first room, however there was lots of bugs and mould in the bathroom. After telling reception, they changed rooms for us. Our second room was nice and spacious, however had a weird smell in it. The hotel itself is a bit outdated.

The housekeeping hasn’t cleaned my room at all. They haven’t even changed the towels in 4 days. There is no restaurant inside this huge hotel but one outside at the swimming pool has poor service. They don’t speak English there and have small selection of food. They brought me a “fresh” coconut that was sour and bitter but refused to change it quite aggressively 🤷🏻‍♂️

It is a big hotel. The room size and the sea view from the room was good. Excellent wifi, decent breakfast, good bowling and pool facility. The gym and swimming pools are also quite satisfactory.

The staff was not helpful at all. The hotel mostly relies on group tourists from China and the staff don't want to service anyone else. Even though the hotel was relatively empty the staff was reluctant to provide an early check-in even at 1 pm. They seemed uninterested and their behaviour by Thai hospitality standards was much below par.

The pool was great, the rooms were good, the breakfast was average and the best thing about the hotel was its location. The staff though was very uninterested and not helpful. The amenities like the gym were non-functional and falling apart.

Drive down from the District of Surin. 6 hours. This place is fabulous. Great location & staff. Well maintained and managed. Plenty of parking. Has a great pool with wiews of the beach & ocean, and a bowling alley. Breakfast has many selections. The rooms & wings we've stayed in at this resort have neveral let us down. Clean & comfortably, and everything always works. Bathrooms are spacious. Ours always have a shower & tub, which my wife loves. Tv has a good selection of channels. The a/c and mini frig are always cool to cold. The beds are very comfortable.

We stayed in a deluxe twin room for 3 nights. The room was spacious and had a single bed and a double bed. The bathroom had a bath and a separate shower. The buffet breakfast was good with a good selection to choose from. Although we did not use the pool, it looked nice with areas in the shade.

I may miss the point that the resort doesn’t have the private beach (as I don’t find it was mentioned anywhere). Unfortunately, that point is very important to me as I have pictured myself sitting on the beach chair all day 😢.

Breakfast as well as the breakfast room are nice, especially coffee and hot milk are provided all the time. Very clean, no flies, enthusiastic staff, variety of food, food always filled up etc. Love it. ♥️

Elevators were slow and you had to wait for them. It gets noisy during breakfast, if you go during rush hours. People book chairs from the pool for the whole day and don’t show up - which is irritating, but not hotels fault.

Good location. Rooms are a bit worn out and hotel has a lot of capacity, which means a lot of group travellers coming and going all the time. Breakfast is good with a lot of variety, both Asia/European food. Breakfast is served in venue, that has plenty of space - we always found a table. Ok price, even in high season.
