No soft close toilet seat, resulting in noise nuisance from other clients slamming it down in the middle of the night.

The male receptionist, Por, was very helpful, friendly, and spoke good English. The room was clean but out of date: it desperately needs a makeover. There was only one electric outlet available, and while an extension was given, it was not long enough to reach the bed, making it impossible to charge and use the phone when lying down.

I have been staying here since it was built. Back then it was Swiss Grottino. It is WAY OVERDUE in being renovated. That will not stop me from being a repeat stayer!

The hotel is old with old furnitures. The hotel needs a renovation, it’s more like a renting apartment not a hotel. It looks so different from the pictures which is very new and modern. The room is spacious but old, clean enough for old room. The air con is big and cold but of course old with some noises….

It suited me well. The room provided everything that I need. And in spite of being very centrally located it was quiet. The only fly in the ointment was the wi-fi. The signal was very weak in my room and I lost connection many times and ruined my participation in a digital conference.

The lift is a little tight but other than that, nothing I can think of.

Location was excellent. Right next to BTS and Terminal21 mall. Easy access to everything. Staff is courteous and very helpful. I had a minor trouble with my room entry card that night and it was fixed promptly and with a smile. Room was big and bed very comfortable. Very clean - which is my top priority with any hotel I stay in. Very happy with the service.

The hotel is a bit dated but some renovations have been completed. Although well furnished, the items are a tad old. Would like to have the bedside outlets more accessible.

The location is very good. The staff are exceptional; very friendly, professional and courteous. Room was very clean and well furnished. However, a word of caution; the bedside electric outlets are beneath the bed and somewhat under the nightstands. They are not visible unless you get down and look for them. but they do work well.

I had an important business meeting on zoom with a presentation to do for my customers, but the internet connection was too unstable and the connection was not holding. I had to ask a colleague to replace me and it was embarrassing. Personal browsing was not a problem, only zoom meetings were, and I had several during my stay. Getting hot water was difficult.

I used before icheck inn in Soi 19 that is no more available, therefore I am familiar with the Icheck Inn concept. It was a good replacement. I come mostly for shopping and the location is very good. The room furnishing is better than in Soi 19 where a comfortable desk for work was missing. There, I could work comfortably. The rooms are accessible by the stairs. No need to use the elevator that is very narrow. The staff was friendly and helpful like in all Icheck Inn hotels.

I did not like at check in the Lady when threw my passport with a fine tooth come writing down all information when all that is required is Name and oassport number.I know this because I have seen the form they use .She when so far as to write downCheck in with immigration dates not required.I asked her why she did that and what she would do if she did not like what she looked at.and could not get a answer from her.One can only assumes was being opportunistic in hopes of getting a Bounty from Thai Immigration for overstays..Hardly welcoming!

Hotel is dated, no frills, no coffee, no microwave oven. Only bottled water, soap and shampoo provided.
