Very loudy at the pool from the early morning [8AM], which you can hear clearly in the room, even when doors/windows are closed. There was a wifi, but it isn't worked. However the room is located in the main building, where you have fast wifi at lobby.

Condo was nice, AC worked well. Nice and big swimmingpool area [ 7 pools connected]. Good choice for families or adults who like to be in water. 7/11, pharmacy, restaurants just in the corner.

There was a light problem which I informed the room manager and housekeeper since the first day but they said like it must take some time and wait for the technician to repair it. They just told me to turn if off and wait, turn on again til it was fine, which was not and I had to turn if off all the time. Apart of that, room was great.

A couple of maintenance issues need sorting, but nothing serious.

Very comfortable and spacious 1 bed apartment with access to an amazing pool. Good ac, modern bathroom and balcony. Customer service (I didn’t get the ladies name unfortunately) was excellent. We had an issue with the WiFi and it was fixed within the hour. I’m already regretting leaving!

the room is absolutely beautiful. the owner of the hotel is nice and easy to contact with very good English.. which no problems to those foreigners who doesn’t speak any Thai, myself included..

This is a trap property. I canceled it because it .is full of the mold . Not healthy, stinky, and noisy with screaming for the pool all day long. No refund was given. Basically, it is a lie , rental not as promised, and you will be fully charged even no living condition possible . I lost all my day with family with children.

It was comfortable.. convenient. A/C is cool. Swimming pool is huge. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedroom is great from bed to pillows and comforter is just right. bathroom everything you need is there . I love the bath gel that they provide it is smells great but not overpowering.the staff is also great Kuddos to Lany she is cheerful and always smiling very welcoming. Balcony is a good coffe spot..

I loved the apartment, so beautiful and so well equipped! The swimming pool and the surrounding area just breathtaking. We didn't even swim in the sea because we spent all of our time in t he pool - which is so huge and amazing, with lots of palm trees and flowers everywhere. Our host, Thuskan helped us with everything, he is very kind and professional. Would definitely come back!

There was nothing on site no bar no coffee shop, the bed was very uncomfortable plus the covers didnt fit, there was only three coat hangers for two people, i asked for wifi password they sent it after 3 days but still couldn't get on as it said the bill was outstanding, there wasn't much crockery or cutlery, on the landing outside the apartment was a really bad smell, i think it was more than 500 metres from the beach plus over a main road.

I hate to say negative things in every place that I’ve been to and I don’t really have bad things to say about this place coz this place is awesome. I am just disappointed that we booked for a free breakfast that never came. We expect they would bring it when we checked out coz it was raining in the morning but they didn’t.

It can be loud at times from the pool area with kids so this may be more ideal for those with a child or children. The The mattress was pretty hard but may also be personal preference.

The condo was well equipped and had everything you could need. It was clean, in a great location and great value for money. The host was extremely lovely and kindly helped us on very short notice with some document we needed to extend our visas. The host Tushar also adapted breakfast to our specified dietary requirements with hesitation, which was wonderful.

Should have stayed longer.

Tushar is the perfect host, the condo is super clean with everything you need. The pool view is from the balcony is very nice, pool, sauna very nice. Location has many street food, 7/11 and beer store within 1 min walk. Beach is about 5 min drive. Everything perfect. All at a great price.

Everything perfect! I had a wonderful stay. I love the room, location and facilities. Although a bit out of pattaya center, there’re convenient stores, restaurant around and not far from the beach. Host was also kind and very friendly.
