We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The location is more private than some places. We walked to restaurants and the beach rather than call for transportation. Nobody bothers you here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at the Koh Larn Riviera. Our accommodations were roomy and we particularly enjoyed bubble baths in the Jacuzzi tub. The staff were warm and welcoming. The pool, which was spotless along with our room, was a great way to cool off during the hot days. The breakfasts were also hearty and tasty and the Thai teas and espressos at the coffee shop were delicious. We also appreciated that we were within walking distance of a very nice beach, restaurants, and the Na Baan Pier. And, it proved to be a quiet location during a busy time on the island.

This is a lovely place. The room was very comfortable, the bed comfy, wifi great and a good breakfast. It's a 10 minute walk from the centre of town, so close enough to walk but quieter because it's not in the middle of things

The location is on the outskirts of the town, but only a short walk to near the pier 10 mins and restaurants bars coffee shops and 2 7 eleven stores. The view from our large balcony was great we had a corner room so sunrise and sunset views great. Very comfy bed 2 showers hot and cold in bathroom. Aircon quiet and worked well. Staff very helpful

This accommodation is circa 500-700meters from sea. Nearest beach is just 10 min walk from here. Very nice and practical apartment. Huge bed and even bigger balcony from which you can see Pattaya and sea. Sunsets and sunrises are just breathtaking from here. Manager is very kind and very very very helpful, speaking good english, always caring about your comfort, there is never any problem that cant be solved with tis man. Breakfast is a buffet + one free set/person of “main breakfast course” (there are currently 3 varieties). Everything is fresh and tasty. Thank you
