The hotel is perfect, just opened one year ago, all the facilities are beautiful, clean, elegant and new, the hall is astonishing, the breakfast is amazing, with abundant choices and great services, the staff is professional and friendly, the swimming pool on 22nd floor is a highlight with beautiful views, the room is very standard and comfortable, with paranoma view of the city, the location of the hotel is very convenient, just beside a Skytrain station and airport train station, easily accessible to hustle and bustle city life and all the attractions, restaurants, shopping malls and bars, and the price is very reasonable.

The soundproof isn't perfect. We can hear people close the door and walk outside the corridor.

The location is superb. Staff are very friendly, resourceful, and always smiley. The swimming pool is fantastic and the breakfast is good.

Well located, 5 minutes from metro stations for airport and BTS. 2 outside pools , great breakfast choice ,nice personal very helpful. Full fitness equipment including Spa and good restaurants.

That was amazing! Several swimming pools, beautiful bars, lovely and gentle staff, gorgeous lobby area. Everything is perfect! And the main point for us was a direct exit from the hotel to an airport shuttle.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai, and it was an absolutely splendid experience. The hotel offers every imaginable amenity, ensuring a truly luxurious stay. One of the highlights is the stunning pool on the 22nd floor, which provides a breathtaking view of the city. The beds are incredibly comfortable—among the best I have ever slept in. The hotel exudes an air of luxury while maintaining a sober and elegant style, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The views from the high-floor rooms are simply beautiful, offering a panoramic glimpse of Bangkok’s skyline. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for exploring Bangkok, with a train station accessible directly from the hotel, ensuring you can stay covered and cool. The breakfast is phenomenal, with a wide variety of delicious options to start your day right. I highly recommend the Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai and will definitely return in the future. This hotel truly made my stay in Bangkok unforgettable.

Beware of a slippery pool. No A/C in corridors maybe for sustainability reasons. Not the best neighbourhood to walk around, just jump in BTS or Taxi and fly to BKK.

Great experience from reception to room. Smiling and charming personnel all the way. Quality restaurants and amazing pool for a sunset drink. Easy direct connection to BTS from the hotel and sky train direct to airport, both are luxury options. One of the best and biggest breakfast in world.

Close to BTS, convenient to Siam Paragon, King Power Mahanakhon, if take longer time, still convenient to Saphan taksin & Iconsiqm, WatTraimit. The best candidate the first or last date in Bangkok. Definitely can’t forget the night view in swimming pool at 22/37F.

Beautiful hotel, the rooftop pool is really breath-taking. The breakfast also especially was on of the best I've ever had, was sad to only had it twice! Rooms were lovely, very clean and stunning view
