The space is too small. Rooms are just barely enough for one person. The owner is just having his own mood doesn't give any importance to anything. Bed is too hard not at all comfy. For 1 day it's okay but if you plan to stay long avoid this place at any cost.

It's really clean and neat with the location being the biggest advantage. The vibes around the hostel was too good.

It is the busy area and just next to Khaosan, so noise is expected. Earplugs could be handy. It´s absolutely possible to sleep and way better than expected, but it would be awesome if windows were even more soundproof.

I stay here for when I´m going to or coming from one of the islands as the bus and the ofiice is right around the corner. In this regard, location is brilliant. Small but clean rooms, comfy beds, and in the middle of everything -- if you are here to travel to/from somewhere, eat streetfood, visit shops etc. The spa is also really good, I never had a bad experience here. They are efficient and you will always get an appointment without having to book in advance.

The rooms were small and cramped, there was no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Another problem is that there is a ventilation issue. The balcony doors don’t close well so if someone smokes in the balcony, the room will be filled with smell.

The location was absolutely spot on. It was right on Rambuttri road and the rooms were clean and spotless. The hotel guests also get 10% discount on their massage services.

It was our savior on the way to Samui. We checked out from another hotel in the morning and had to wait for the bus at 9pm. I would go crazy to spend almost 10 hours in the center of Bangkok without having a chance to cool down ) We had a massage and rest before going a long way to the pier.

No elevator, carried big suitcases up stairs. No fridge. Bathroom is so tiny. Shower wets the entire bathroom. Location is on an extremely busy noisy road, Khoasan Road. They have a nightmarket and parties until early hours of the morning and you can hear it from your room, volume out of 10 is probably on a 6.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Aircon. Massage place right outside. Balcony. Lots of windows for fresh air.

In Bangkoks Kaosan district, you just can living like a person who are in the middle of Night Live, but after few minutes you can comeback to you room home castle.

The room was very small and the building has no elevator. The shower/toilet is even smaller. Decent room and bed, but I would not recommend it if you're staying for more than 2 nights.

It's in the center of the backpacking area, but one street away from Khaosan Road. This means you're close to the nightlife, but you can still get a good night rest without loud DJ's near your window. The room itself was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, could easily book a taxi there.

Air conditioning was dirty. It was also far from train stations so you’d have to take a taxi/Grab if you want to get around.

The property provides all the basic need you need - bed, bathroom with heater, and air conditioning. It worked well for me because I was taking the bus/ferry to Koh Tao and it was just walking distance from the Lomprayah Office. The property also owns a spa on the ground floor and they provide the best massages in the area.

Even though Khao San is it's noisier big brother, Thanon Rambuttri has an element of that. So if you're a light sleeper you may suffer, especially towards a weekend. Try and get rooms away from the Thanon if you can.

Room was good for the cost. No frills, but still with a decent standard of presentation. Hot shower was nice as well. Attached spa and massage place was a bonus, with a discount for guests between 8 and 1.
