Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongWe had a long check in process which spent us more than 30mins. I don’t understand why but it did. This is the only issue we had during our stay.
The hotel is new and clean, located at just right to the centre of city and beaches. Wi-Fi works very well. Breakfast has many varieties and good. Daily housekeeping did good job who made our stay very pleasant because we like clean. Parking is also a credit to the hotel if you drive. it’s just opposite to hotel. small restaurants and malls are around the hotel you can get what you want. It’s a lovely place to stay if you travel in Pattaya.

IndiaStaffs are not ready to refill our own water bottles as they wanted us to pay and buy new ones. It is not a big deal for every staying customer to pay and buy a bottle but Marriott won't run in loss if they could've refilled. Repeating again, everything was excellent and satisfactory except for the above stated remark
