The first member of staff who checked us in came across as quite rude and when we came back with the deposit money we were then assisted by a different member of staff who was extremely friendly but spoke far too quickly we left with many questions. The staff who opens the doors at the lobby were sometimes helpful but sometimes chatting too much too notice people were coming.

The view from the room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. The room was big.

We got an upgrade for 2 Junior Suites - but the quality of the rooms was vastly different. 1 of them didn't have a kitchen sink at all. The balconies were also extremly different, one was big with a beautiful view and the other one was really small with a bad view on a building. To me it doesn't seem appearent why those 2 rooms where the same category/price. Also unfortunatley our request for 2 rooms next/close to each other wasn't fullfilled although i understand that isn't always possible.

The personel is very friendly and professional - the staff takes your luggage and helps with the door every single time. The location is top notch and a big reason why we chose this hotel. Delivery and taxis are easy to order. The rooms are very clean and are being cleaned every day if you want. It was my second stay in the hotel and everything was great, just for me personally the upgrade to the junior suite wasn't worth it. Last time we had 2 double rooms and they were more than enough with better balcony and kitchen in both.

Minor point - hotel was dated so even the shower head was a bit mouldy. Taking a bath would have tiny black bits but a quick rinse removed them

Whilst the room was functional it could certainly do with a refresh. A tours desk would be helpful.

Daily breakfast was lovely, lots of choices and really delicious food, great egg station for fresh eggs. Staff were really lovely and friendly, very fast to clean up plates, very attentive and helpful with directions and transport.

I told reception to fix my toilet flush and they sent someone but did nothing it was a bit dirty

The hotel is a short distance from the skytrain and shopping centers. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food.

The rooms could do with a refresh, especially the bathrooms. Our toilet didn’t flush properly and the water pressure was way too low. The shower head in the main bedroom ensuite is too short to be able to shower properly.

Location is excellent - short walk to the sky train to easily get around.

Pool was smaller than expected and facility quite old but I guess that gives character 😊

Room is clean and great, I enjoy the facilities and like that there is a massage within the building. My favourite thing about the facility were the amazing staff. Especially the front door staff. I’m sad I didn’t get their names but they are the nicest people. They will make you feel like you’re at home, always greeting us with a smile and offering a helping hand in any way that they can. Their performer and customer service is spectacular, offering amazing friendly service and making all our requests possible. Thank you.

Great hotel, the two bedroom suites were great and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel provides free water and hot beverages in the lobby. There is also an exchange and ATM. The nearest bts is an 8 mins walk from the hotel.

- i have to work during my stay and the only thing may need improvement is the chair and table for flexibility of remote working.

- location is 5 mins walk to Ploen Chit BTS Station - our rooms are always clean everyday in 6 days of our stay - refreshments are always renewed as well - staff are very friendly and helpful - the room is very spacious for two - we love the balcony with the view of the city
