Staff are so friendly and supportive. A bit sad that we wake up too late so missed the breakfast but overall is still impressive. Great location and lots of local food during the night. Very worth to stay. It’s very rare to find the hotel that has 2 beds (1king size and 3.5) fit for 3 person to stay. :)

The breakfast buffet was supposed to be open at 0700 but when we showed up it was only half ready. We had to make an early departure so only had a partial breakfast. Hopefully this will be better on our next visit (yes, we'll be back).

Please see as indicated above. This was just a one night stop on a road trip. The location is a good half-way point between south and north Thailand.

Nothing, even though there was some building work going on it did not affect an enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable rooms. Inclusive breakfast offered great choice of food to start the day and the staff were very friendly. Motorbike hire is also available from the hotel reception Great location for the beach, shops and restaurants nearby.

I am sorry, i really have to search deep for something i did not like. It would be a such a small detail, i personally forgot about, so it is not important. That simple.

The Hotel is very comfortable located between north and south beach, direcly at Cha Am beach road. It is a very new and has everything you need for a stay with upgrade. The room has business standard, we enjoyed or sleep in a nice bed. The Banlansuan Crew is very obliging and nice. At the wonderful breakfast westeners and easteners have equal joy. Although there was still construction going on, we did not have any affecting circumstances within our stay.

I thought breakfast was pretty mediocre. I also tried to extend my stay and they said it was ok but I would have to move rooms . It seemed like too much effort for them so I left and went to another hotel

Only small issue was they had no butter or margarine for toast at breakfast.

Our second stay here and very impressed to see the new room renovations. Extremely clean and comfortable and good breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Mosquitos in the evening on the terrace but it is not the fault of the hotel, just take some repellent. No swimming pool (but for us it was not necessary).

The hotel is not big, it is in the great location, renovated, quiet, very modern and comfortable rooms, excellent bathroom. Very good breakfast. Just opposite the beach and wonderful selection of eateries (night food market) in the evening with the amazing quality and fair prices. Everything was close like supermarket, pharmacy, some bars, etc. I would stay again.

- sink in the bathroom was leaking and created a puddle - no balcony - Cha-am as a vacation location is not so nice - bad connection to travel further (Hua Hin is the better option)

- nice room - good value for money including breakfast - good spot to do a day trip to visit Wildlife friends foundation Thailand (WFFT)

They are renovating the facilities, probably preparing for the NY long holiday so it's a bit noisy during the day time.

Parking a bit wonky, had to park in the alley behind the hotel but no big deal.

Good location, close to the beach. 50 m across the road and you're toes in sand. Like the rooms alot, quiet, big beds, proper european style bathrooms and everyhting kept nice and clean.

The bathroom exhaust smells very bad breakfast, we have two time breakfast in hotel, we got diarrhea after breakfast for two times.

At the time of visit, there was some renovation going on. Some parts of the room were in need of maintenance ( as photo ) but it seems the resort is dealing with, thus, so no real complaints.

The resort location is excellent, the staff are very professional, and the standard of facilities and room amenities are good. Breakfast was adequate, too.

The room is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so making my nearly 80-year mom a big trouble. Only a bath towel is provided. No hair towel, No pop-up tissue. Too few breakfast.

The room is so cute, very comfortable, really suitable for a family.
