The bathroom didn’t have any A/C so it was super hot and humid.

The local is really good. And the staff is super friendly! The breakfast was a surprise! We were expecting a piece of toast or a few crackers but they offered a nice warm breakfast of choice, bread, fruits, juices, yogurt etc. definitely value for money! Bed was also really comfortable. A/C in roomed worked really well.

The facilities are nice and clean including the spacious bedroom. Delicious breakfast in the morning. I loved the location allowing me to walk to the attractions in the old city or just a quick boat ride. The hotel was quiet and the staff helpful and welcoming.

Would have liked a fridge in the room however there was one downstairs for everyone to use if necessary.

Great hotel, very clean and great staff. Free cold bottled water was a bonus.

As we had to check out really early (6.00 AM) a "Goodiebag" with breakfast was arranged by the hotel. Next to that we could take bottles with water for free and we were also able to leave our bags at the reception

The neighborhood is not the best looking (to be fair, this does not depend on the poshtel), but is was always safe even at night. The bed was comfortable, but for my personal taste it can be softer.

The personal was super nice and friendly. They were always willing to help. It feels like a family environment. Very nice, specially for solo travellers. The room is exactly as the pictures show. The building is new, clean and the nicest in the surroundings. They offer free water bottles during the stay! This detail makes the difference in a hot day after walking around. The location was also very convenient and I could walk to the main atrattactions.

If I could give 20 stars I would. Fantastic nice and clean hotel, nice staff, bathrooms cleaned multiple times a day. Had my own bed with airco. They have free breakfast, books to read and a large lounge area.

Great location (close to Khao San road). We were only stopping there for one night so had everything we needed in the room. Free water bottles & biscuits at reception. Very kind staff. We asked the receptionist where he would recommend us seeing on our afternoon in Bangkok and he gave us great directions to get the hop on hop off ferry, and good places to see. We were also leaving at 5am the next day so wasn’t there for breakfast, but they made us a little packed lunch (sandwich, crisps and drink) for us to take away for our journey which was lovely of them!

A laundry service or maybe more machines available for us to use would have been nice. But otherwise nothing really.

Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was nice that breakfast was included and that we had unlimited access to refrigerated bottle water. There was a good amount of food and attractions we could walk to, or we could easily walk to the ferry.

The rooms were a bit small but comfortable enough for a couple.

You could choose each morning a warm breakfast and there were also cold options like fruit, yogurt, toasts, etc the staff was also very friendly. There was free cold water you could grab whenever you wanted. There was no noise from the outside and the blinds cover well the sunlight.
