The pool won't have sun from around 2 pm which makes the water a bit colder than it would be comfortable. But between 11 and 2 it's perfect.

The choice of conserves and/or peanut butter to put on your toast resulted in a rather dry unpalatable breakfast, but it filled a hole until I got to a cafe, of which there are many within a very short distance.

The hotel provided help getting day trips and arranging transportation. We liked the location because it was a bit from the hustle and bustle yet there were two nice restaurants right around the corner.

Nothing, apart from the fact we had to leave!!!

We had a fabulous stay at this family owned hotel. Ended up booking an extra night. The rooms were spacious and clean. Ann and her family were amazing, so helpful. The pool area was awesome. 7-Eleven and local restaurants short walk away. The hotel also sold some drinks and nibbles which was great. They can arrange tours etc for you if needed. Short walk to the old town. Great, would highly recommend!! Can't wait to return!!

The property is like something between a hotel and apartment building although the rooms are like regular hotel rooms. The place does not have a restaurant. Rooms are big and comfortable and clean. The pool area is great. The place is really near to the old town and convenient to move around city. The place has a big parking lot so that was a big plus for us because we rented a car.

We liked everything about this hotel, conveniently located a ten-minute walk outside the old town walls. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and the pool area nice. A lovely family-run hotel. We liked it so much we extended our stay with three extra nights. The lady in charge can organise everything you need, taxis, day trips etc. Complimentary tea/ coffee/ toast available in the mornings. Thanks to resident travel agent Mumu, who organised sleeper carriage train tickets for us to travel overnight to Ayutthaya, which we had left too late to book ourselves.

The staff are very helpful, by far the most helpful we came Across in our time in Thailand. Only 10 minutes walk away from markets, and can hire mopeds through the hotel, they have loads of activities that you can book through them and there very helpful in doing so.

Absolutely nothing

Perfect location, just outside of the square only a short walk into the square over the walking bridge. Lots of delicious local restaurants nearby and staff are absolutely helpful with extra recommendations or tips to get around and enjoy the most of beautiful Chiang Mai. The facilities were good and it most definitely did not feel like a 3 star hotel I’d give them more. Felt homely and friendly and would definitely recommend and even come back to Chiang mai and stay there again!

Pool was nice but there were very few recliners around, be nice to have a few more. We had an issue with our booking, somehow it was double booked which was odd but they managed to temporarily accomodate us an alternate room. All good, overall it was a great stay would recommend.

This hotel is actually a great location, even though it looked on the map that we were outside of things, we really weren't. Everything is a short enough walk away and there was a nice place to eat right around the corner. Hotel was very clean, that stood out for us. Room was large and comfortable, seemed like a good value. Pool is very nice, a few drinks and snacks available there. Staff friendly, front desk day staff very helpful (night guy was a little abrupt). Laundry service nice and efficient.

Lovely pool but can get cold in evening. Fabulous room. Hotel are brilliant for organising day trips. Helped us organise slow boat to Laos also.
