As I said it's not in the center so you kinda need to rent a scooter if you wanna visit Chiang Mai, but you need to rent a scooter anyway if you wanna visit the surroundings so not a big deal

The balcony, the price and I could rent a scooter there easily, that was nice cause it's not in the center. It also means that it's quiet :)

It was a great experience to live here and I absolutely recommend it. It was very well managed, clean and peaceful. The living area is spacious with balconies, many bathrooms and common spaces. You feel at home and meanwhile everything was very convenient. The hosts also help me a lot with booking a van to Pai and they also provide bikes and motorcycles for renting. it’s in a local residential neighborhood with many food options and 711 within walking distance.

- Did not like that the owner had booklets for female “company” at the reception. That was really weird and inappropriate/unnecessary - The bed was squeaky and sounded like a chihuahua barking. Not good if you want to avoid waking up people in the room. But I guess some oil and tightening the screws can fix this

- Very friendly and helpful owners, helped in the early morning with going to the train station - The area is nice. Seems like there are lots of good places to eat - Beds were clean and comfy to sleep in

The location was far from the old town but no problem as bike rental is cheap and easy with the hostel owners

I loved this hostel very much and ended up staying one week. The owners are lovely, and the place is very cozy and very clean. Would definitely go back! The only thing I would change are the curtain hooks, to give more privacy when you close them. But everything was absolutely great and I was really sad to leave.

The hubby is a bit rude I was smoking in balcony and he was pissed. So I asked him to give me a room with a smoking balcony. He did. I extended 4 days, gave good business for good and Coffee and my friend purchased a flute Worth 1500 bhat. We ordered coffees and however this time he didn’t allow us smoke even outside where it is a smoking area with ash trays as well saying neighbours complained. You need to defend your rights and your guests. Not dance according to neighbors tunes. Bro tangmo, I gave you a business of over 3000 bhat in 4 days and still you treat me like this ? Come on man

Very well organised, clean hostel. Owners have thought of everything a traveller needs. Share kitchen available, lots of bathrooms and toilets, pizzas cooked on site some nights. Walking distance to old town. Bicycles and motorbikes for rent. Can book tours through hostel. Owners friendly, helpful and kind. Highly recommend. Really enjoyed my stay.
