The pillows were very uncomfortable, the curtains were not attached properly, the decor is old, the AC leaks, there are no coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms. It is an old property.

The location was great, right on the beach, the property in its prime was probably amazing. It needs lots and lots of maintenance in the rooms. The staff were lovely and accommodating, you just need to manage expectations and ask the staff to show you the room before you go. Our first room had nails sticking out around the bathroom sink. The rooms are all spacious

Bed request - instead of a double/ queen bed I was given 2 single beds Toilet/ shower needs upgrading Corridors were dark and more lighting

Convenient location for our purpose. Beach front hotel and it was easy access and private. Hotel needs upgrading and a facelift to achieve its full potential. Breakfast was average but the staff were wonderful.

Amenities and minimum service. Room had a great view but the bedding, furniture and bathroom were in a bad state especially the sofa that was dirty and full of stains

the bed was a bit too hard. the whole place was run down and in need of maintenance. one day for breakfast the chef wasn't even there so we couldn't get cooked eggs.

we had the front room right on the beach and were happy we did. it was really the only thing that made it enjoyable to stay there.

I arrived after 11pm due to a plane delay and there was no reception available to let me into my room. I had also arranged a free transfer from the airport which obviously didn’t happen either. No where to go on the first night. However they did upgrade my room without me asking for the remaining time.

Excellent position on Lamai Beach. Great breakfast and accommodation, well kept pool and very clean Staff very nice

Hotel is overall outdated, everything is falling apart, lots of rubbish on the beach.

Rooms are a bit tired but cleaned daily, safe, secure, garden, pool or beach views and sunrise views as well.

Fantastic beachfront location with three pools. Three terraced areas for deck chairs with sun or shade trees and umbrellas. Massage facilities right by beach area

The place overall is tired, including most of the staff, but cleaning standards are really poor. My bathroom had a shower cap left from before, but who knows how long before. I had to pick something off of the floor and saw under the bed - yuk. Stained pillow cases and floor tiles. The breakfast room was full of dirty tables when I entered and when I asked one of the staff if he could clean one for me to sit, it was obviously a big deal. Used the pool once, which was nice, but had to go to the toilet, which was disgusting.

Location was perfect. Close to everything and a few steps to the beach. The old Thai style is also what attracted me.

Pool closes at 6pm and the places is a little run down need new sun beds and furniture inside the rooms.

Great location on the beach with a pool and small restrant with a bar. Location is slightly out of town so can sleep better from noise. Room cleaned every day. Lobby is verh nice. With turtles fish and frogs.

Door locks broken, from the start air conditioner not worked ,have to move room . asked for hair drier as they not providing . For the price our family paid we could find something better

It’s getting a little tired, needs some TLC. Could really do with extra storage and hooks/shelves etc in the rooms.

The facilities are run down and not well maintained. For example, in our room the curtains were torn in multiple places, the door leading to the balcony couldn't close properly and mosquitos could enter in the evening, the outdoor patio furniture, and pool lounger furniture were in a terrible state (sun damaged, physically broken etc). The shower had no running water. The mattress was terrible. You could feel the springs when you on the bed. The mini fridge wasn't working. The TV in the room wasn't working.

I was near the far end of Lamai and away from the noise.
