This house was wonderful. The cleanliness was perfect. Both the host and the housekeeper were very helpful. The facilities were sufficient, clean, and tidily arranged. However, there were no toothbrushes and no glasses in the bathrooms. Other than that, everything was perfect.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! We had an amazing stay!

So far it was the best accommodation we have met in Thailand for such a reasonable price. It was 100% value for money! The house is sooooo clean that you can literally eat from the floor. No smell, no moisture, powerful air conditioning, amazing atmosphere. If only we could take this apartment everywhere we go with us! We were extremely happy to find a such an amazing place to stay. The host allowed us to prolong our stay for one more night, so we were lucky and really enjoyed. We were very late for the official check in time, but the hosts kindly waited for us. Thank you! Please continue keeping this place sooo nice! <3 If we are coming back, we are only choosing your place!

The place had lots of character and the location was accessible and near the places we wanted to go. Lots of restaurants and massage places surrounding the place. Very spacious, modern bathrooms, washer and dryer also. We booked the three units and all of them were consistently nice, More importantly, Micky the host was very gracious and patiently answered our queries and gave a lot of tips to help us.

It would be better if there is a shower curtain in the bathroom. The main reason is that the bathroom is wet after taking a shower. It would be better if there is a shower curtain to isolate it

I saw two big cockroaches in the apartment but I know this is difficult to control.

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. It is very easy to get throughout the Old Town on foot from here. The property is big and well appointed with nice furniture, decor, and fixtures throughout. The host Micky met me to hand over keys and then left me alone unless I had questions. There is enough space to park a small car or several bicycles/motorbikes. Micky and her helper were very helpful on the last day when I was moving properties in Chiang Mai but had booked a tour.

As a family we enjoyed staying at the property. 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and basic kitchen. The locatiin wes good. Micki the owner is lovely, all the problems that arose were solved immediately
