We serve everything by ourselves but it is not a hotel so we cannot complain. Pets are not allowed to use the swimming pool.

Large house with a private pool and overall it is satisfactory with this price. We wants to bring pet and here we are allowed to bring them with us.

Before we got there, the owner had aired the rooms with opening windows on both floors. We arrived a bit late, thus a bit too many bugs and insects were creaping around the house. No water kettle in our kitchen. Nearest beach (Wong Amat Beach) was full of garbage, better swim in you private pool.

The pool had a big duck as in the pictures, which was nice. We had a very nice time there, as we had travelled around two weeks in Thailand and this place was right for just lazy vacation. Brand new grill in the garen area, on which we made bbq. Sanctuary of Truth within walking distance.

The road leading from the main road to the property is a bit out. I think it should have been paved properly. I got some issue with the tax invoice as I need it for my company but it was not as I expected and with so many requests, I got ignored by the manager. The receipt should be more proper if requested. I think this can be improved.

The pool is the main resason I booked this place for my clients and they were quite happy about it. Nice and wide living rooom with a very big smart tv and outdoor kitchen is a big plus.

Living room so good, my family sleep at sofa at living room. I like swimming pool same. And i like washing machine and machine made dry suite. I can wash alot suite at there. Area so quiet and so clean. I love it. I will come back . My kid so like swimming pool . Boss so friendly . I can cook BBQ so good same my house.

The check in was very fast and easy. We love it more when entering our booked villa and see facilities are what we expected. Kids really love the pool and living room. The living room is spacious and give feeling of being home. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor with terrace and our private pool view. The host was very nice and friendly. Pattaya beach and other tourism area are just few minutes drive. There is a seafood market(called Laan-po Naklua market) which you can buy fresh seafood and cook in the outdoor kitchen of the private pool. We bought and cook so do not need to go somewhere else to eat. It give the feeling of home cook meal. ^^ Overall, we have a great time and will be back again.

For this price I have no complain.

Pets friendly was my first priority. I brought fours small size dogs and there is more than enough space for them to run around.
