Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyThere were no negative points during my stay. It was absolutely fantastic.
The staff from Wine&Books made this stay an incredible experience. We were greeted with lovely friendliness and the staff excelled in fulfilling every request we raised. Additionally, the rooms are abundantly comfortable with luxurious amenities and a (not for all rooms) lovely view on the church behind the hotel. If you are looking for a great starting point of extended sightseeing, this hotel is basically your place, as you have some of the most famous sights of Lisbon in walking distance. Everything else can be reached via train or bus in 10-20 minutes, which further highlights the remarkable location of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

The room and bed is very comfortable. The bfast is very good. They cook your eggs when you order them. So fresh even the juice is fresh the service staff is fanstistc. Very helpful and they make our stay so pleasant. I highly recommend staying there.

United KingdomThere is a terrace in the sun that they don’t utilises with chairs / sun lounges. The gym didn’t have some weight machines correctly set as far as I could tell. Would have like a rowing machine.
Location was fair for my budget - staff were excellent, food was good, relaxed atmosphere. Room was very nice - they had all I needed - even a sewing kit ( dress strap broke). Spa too, nice theme on books.
