Wish I had booked a room with a/c but that's my own fault.

I loved how friendly and attentive the staff were! As soon as I got there, they made sure I was taken care of, game me a map of Lisbon, and made sure to let me know the top sights to see and how to get there. They also have various activities that allow you to meet other solo traveller's. By far, the most inclusive hostel I've been to!

It was very hot when I arrived and the rooms were quite warm but they did provide fans.

Thiago and Henry were amazing and so welcoming and friendly! I loved all the community events. It was a great atmosphere.

The reception if I remember correctly is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator however Lisbon is all hills and steps. So this will be your first introduction to what is to come!

Centrally located and close to the metro station. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. There was also a lot of activities organized by the hostel to help travelers interact with each other

Recomended for solo traveling: lots of activities and lots of nice people. Keep in mind that the activities cost money (I payed 12€ for a tapas night and 12€ for a pub crawl and didn't regret it) to pay cash at checkout.

Surge pricing is frustrating. Rooms are nice but increasing in price 70% over a week seems high. 92 steps up to office/rooms get old fast. Need fans in rooms during summer.

Location of this hostel was perfect, right on the city center. The best part of it was the staff: they were really warm, fun and kind. The room was fine for us.

Terrible stairs to the top, no elevator. For the unprepared, it is a climb up with several breaks.

The friendliness of the staff, attentive guys, cleanliness absolutely everywhere (the cleaners even made the beds for us 🥹). The hostel has a wonderful location, it is cozy inside and all evenings are painted with activity.

Hot water would go in/out during showers. Our room had a shower in it, but after showering once the whole room smelled like rotten eggs. I'm guessing it was due to poor drainage. We did not shower in the room again since there are plenty of bathrooms throughout the hostel, which made up for the inability to use our private shower.

We were immediately greeted by Gustav who checked us in. While check-in wasn't supposed to be until 3pm, our room was available upon our arrival around 1pm. The bedroom was very clean, and staff would come in during the day to clean. The hostel plans lots of activities such as the pub crawl and Sintra day trip which we partook in! Definitely do the Sintra day trip: the shuttle driver will also take you to Cabo da Roca and Cascais. I wish we had taken advantage of the other activities during our stay, but now we have a reason to come back! We met so many amazing people during this trip, including solo travelers. I would recommend this place whether you're traveling solo or with friends! I can see why this is the best hostel in Lisbon!

Just small things to improve: - You can put something on the showers to put the shampo and stuff while you showers. Things to take in count as guest: - You need to go a lot of staircaises (like 4th floor), but it gets you preper for Alfama haha

Everything was amazing, some things to high light: - F*** lovely and nice staff, and when I say F*** gentle its F**** gentle - Nice beds and not croweded like other Hostels - Extra tours and services that are nice - F*** nice staff - Amazing view - Free wine, Milk and tea - Everything is close by - Cleaning is done all days in the room
