The design of the bedroom is a bit weird - the light from the bathroom comes through to the bedroom, so if somebody goes to the bathroom during the night, it might disturb the other person. The TV wasn't connected to the internet for apps if there were any on there. The air conditioning was a bit confusing as the thermostat panel wasn't clear on how to use it.

The TV was decent and allowed for "Smart View" from a mobile/tablet (despite having no internet connection). The beds were comfortable although it wasn't clear when booking what "Double or Twin room" meant (it's a twin room but the beds can be pushed together). The staff on reception seemed to speak English well. Kettle available from reception for a 50 euro cash deposit, returned upon checking out.

The coffee shop attached lung ladies during the day were less than interested in helping us order and receive lunch.

Air conditioning didn't cool the room as much as desired. There was a closet in the room that had a very conspicuously missing glass panel. The outside view of the room was obfuscated by a faded/aged double-glass facade.

Excellent location, with on-street parking available. Big room with very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection despite being a bit limited.

The building needs some updates. Example, there was no electrical socket near the bed to plug in the phone. There was none at the bathroom as well. The tub has a bit of mold and was very narrow

The AC didn't really work I put it on the coldest setting and it wasn't very cold. This was in February so I hate to think how hot the room would be in the summer. In a 4* hotel I would expect tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel is in a good position close to metro/ train and airport. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by.

I originally booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool which I checked at the time and it said it was open but unfortunately when we got there it was under maintenance which was a shame because this was the main reason we chose this hotel. I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known the pool was shut because the location was not ideal as it was about an hours walk from the popular area and there were hotels in that area for the same price at the time we went.

Friendly staff, the bedroom was great, the hotel looked very nice and was clean. Definitely got good value for our money.

It seems to me that the hotel is not taking good care of the facilities. None of the 3 roller doors in our room did roll accordingly. The toilet paper stand was broken and the sink did not properly absorb the water. I mentioned to the personnel in the reception about these points but nothing happened.
