Old coffee machine that needed paper filters which were not provided on-site. Oven was a little difficult to use. No possibility to indicate 'no disturb' on the door to avoid early morning cleaning of the apartment.

Reception desk worked well. Staff is nice and dedicated. Apartment was convenienly located close to the pool and the elevator to the underground garage.

Fabulous apartments. Cleaner everyday with bath towels replaced. Very spacious with everything you need. We originally booked for 11 days and extended for another 9 !

I am a little bit concerned to hear that Tivoli will not be managing the place next year. I can only hope the new management do not turn it into a residential place only

i had been several times before so knew the scenario. The place is very quiet but ideal for golfers and families. There is some local construction work going on but it did not disturb anything.

Staff took three days to respond as we asked for extended stay - so we received reply ‘talk to reception’ two days after we had checked out. Then the offer was even worse than a high price we saw in booking.com

The location was great we walked into the marine most days it's about 3 miles away with amazing views, The apartment was nicely located for a local supermarket which was a 20-minute walk down the road. The staff were very friendly, We had a great size apartment with a lovely view.

For us everything was perfect.

The apartments are in a very peaceful location and they are very comfortable. There is parking for the apartments in an underground garage. As we went in the off season the bars were closed but still had a heated indoor pool and a reasonably stocked gym.

The fact I have to be honest in feedback as more people may now book - haha

We have stayed before so knew the complex, everything was perfect! We used the indoor pool and had it to ourselves as it was quiet on the complex, early in the year weather can be unpredictable so we borrowed a big umbrella from reception. The apartments are very spacious with full kitchen, ours had 2 bedrooms (1 lge double which was very comfortable, and there was a twin bed room - unused in our case as there were only 2 of us). We had a main bathroom with bath and overhead shower and a separate shower room so it was great for 2 of us but would also be ideal for families. The living area was spacious with large tv, 6 seater dining table and a large balcony with furniture off the living room (there are also small balconies off the main bedroom and kitchen). The kitchen has hob, full oven, freezer, fridge and there’s a washer with drying rack too - all utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses are there if you want to eat in. It’s approx 3 miles to the marina in Vilamoura if you’re walking or there is a free shuttle which goes at 10am and 7pm, which you need to book- in the evening you can come back on the 10pm shuttle or use local taxis or a “Bolt app” to book ( we used Bolt and it cost 5euros) We will be returning…………..
