The 100 stairs to the 4th floor. My mistake I did not read it carefully when booking

The breakfast was a 10/10 very delicious, well displayed and plentiful. Coffee, bottled water, and tea was available 24 hours. The washer and dryer was available for use by the residents was the icing on the cake. The lady that prepared the breakfast was awesome because she helped whenever you needed directions or a suggestion for shopping.

In Room 5, there was an awful sewer smell, but the room and bath was very clean.

The room is very small, almost without space to open your luggage, no windows, there is a bad smell and the lady advised us to leave the ac on for that.

The ceiling was moldy and had a moldy smell. Ok for one night not sure about staying for more than one night.

The hostel is on 4th floor which is actually 6 flights of stairs and no elevator. As a heads up, the cleaning person will ask you for the city tax which is about 2-3 euro per day you are staying at the hostel, so have enough cash to pay. TV was spotty and there is no kitchenette in the room. If you want to store food or use a microwave you have to use the common kitchen area. You will hear everything that goes on in the hallway and the entryway door is loud.

I stayed in the small room twin bed with private bathroom. To access the hostel you have to go through two key codes, then a lockbox code for the room keys. This is great for security, but make sure you always have the code numbers on you since there is no reception office. The room is clean and there is a towel, hand towel, soap and tv available. The bed is nice and firm. Wi-Fi connection in room is great. The room was cleaned every day. There was free water and drinks in the shared kitchen fridge. The hostel is just a 10 minute walk from the metro and walking distance to a lot of the city attractions. There is also a grocery store down the street and a few good restaurants nearby, including a vegan place.

I am elderly and to walk up 5 floors was dificult for me. But stairs was comfortable and beautiful. For going up once time is OK.

I didn't know it was a breakfast. I didn't know it was kind of minimalistic hotel withoutstaff on the premises. I like this idea to open all doors with the codes and feeling fully independent.

No one to help you. no elevator to the 4th floor. Really small spaces with a bad smell .It would be a good rbnb for 40 euros

The room was exceptionally small. My MAJOR comment; The house was NOT easy to locate. Due to a delayed flight,I got there late. I looked at an AL sign but could not find it. There were other properties with AL signs..With the help of a local eventually tried the entry code on the house ,it worked. However, the code to my room did NOT work. I called the owner who sent a man who used the correct code. The man refused to leave unless I paid him 16 Euro for the City tax. He would NOT give me a receipt.so I refused to pay him..He was v aggressive/demanding. Also, the instruction re. City tax , was to leave it in the apt on leaving. Also, tax at €2/nite is €10, not €16 ! The room was on the 4th floor, no elevator, and no automatic lighting, so very difficult to navigate the multiple, dark stairs! A warning should be issued so that it is suitable only for young/fit people. My understanding is that guest houses are required to display the AL sign! Why not this one? Is it licensed?

The breakfast was ok. The lady who cleaned, and prepared the food was v good/competent and the place was clean!

The horrible smell in the room prevented me from getting any sleep the first night. When I told the host about the problem they claimed it did not exist. When I told them it was an endemic problem in Lisboa, they claimed it may have originated from the building. To be clear, they did not believe me despite numerous other guests complaining.

I did not like anything really. There was not time to appreciate whatever could have been good because the smell was so bad that I ran out of the apartment as soon as I could.

The experience at Suites Luciano Cordeiro has been dreadful. We were rented a room without windows (which, I doubt is legal), with a bathroom smelling of pipes, and a door and walls that seemed to be made of paper, so we could hear all the noises from the other guests. When searching for Suites Luciano Cordeiro on Google, we saw that it didn't exist, which makes one wonder about the legality of this business. Not recommended at all.

Not being told there are 80 stairs up to the "suites". The room was very small and had no bedside table/lamp.

There was a washer & dryer available for me to use. The people I communicated with responded promptly the many times I contacted them and were always kind.

Nothing. In my opinion it’s the best in Lisboa.

The apartments were so clean and with the freshest bedsheets. The kitchen facilities had everything you could need; coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, cutlery!

It is located on the 4th floor so ideal if you have a backpack or small bag, as no lift. Still, not dramatic, as still possible (we had a large bag).

Excellent for a short stay: small but with equipped with everything you need! Ideal for a single stay, but ok also for couples. Amazing breakfast!

The room was too small, with a huge humidity stain in the left corner of the ceiling. Also, 4 floors without elevator with 4 bags was a nightmare.

I loved the location and the staff, Vivian was really nice and prepared a delicious breakfast, and the room was very clean.

Thin walls. My room was near the door and since the door is loud you hear everyone (including staff at 6am) go in or out. Bedding was synthetic.

It’s an apartment building. The room was at the 3rd floor.
