Friendly staff, extra touches in the room and location of hotel

It would have been nice to have a view, but I'm not sure the hotel was even situated that way! Perhaps some guidance about local transportation - it was only on our last day that we realized we were so close to the popular Tram 28 stop. That's a huge plus that the hotel should guide guests to.

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Staff was so helpful and friendly. We liked the location a lot, as it felt like a true neighborhood. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel in a good location. The staff is beyond excellent. Concierge shows you all the amenities and treats you to warm pastries. Highly recommend this hotel Alfama.

The location of the property was very good in the heart of Alfama, the room was comfortable with everything working properly and with lovely finishing touches. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of options. The staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful and attentive from our arrival through to waiting outside with us to make sure the arranged taxi arrived for our departure. We would definitely recommend.

Amazing location. Fabulous staff! They treat you so special! The rooms are beautiful and everything is pristine. The welcome drink is a nice touch. And each day there is a little pastry treat. The restaurant is great. The breakfast staff, shout out to Nisa, is great. We also enjoyed lunch at the restaurant and it was fantastic. Joanna took us for a tour of Afama, which we greatly enjoyed. I wish I could name everyone because each staff member made us feel honored.

The hotel was located in the perfect location to explore the Alfama district as well as other areas of Lisbon!The staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with the delicious breakfast each morning…… it gave us the energy to explore each day. If we decide to visit the Alfama area again this hotel is at the top of our list!

The wardrobe space in our room was plentiful - and we mentioned that it would be improved with some longer hanging space. This was positively received by the hotel and I know that this will be actioned for sure.

The hotel was lovely and welcoming - the staff there were really attentive. The room was a really good size, very clean with one of the comfiest beds I have slept in (and great pillows too). The minibar was complimentary for the first use which was a nice surprise and they brought me a kettle and fresh milk for my regular cup of English tea! A really good choice at breakfast with a freshly cooked menu too in a restaurant/breakfast area with a small terrace. On my husband's birthday we were treated to cake with a candle, the happy birthday song and 2 glasses of champagne - a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend a stay at this great boutique hotel.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in and as for staff-THE BEST. They just couldn’t do enough for us, so welcoming and helpful. Location is superb, in the middle of old town, tucked away, when you come into it-it’s like a little warm palace. Room beautiful, well equipped, first round of minibar no charge, complementary cakes and a ‘do yourself’ cocktail, all very very special. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is going to Lisbon, absolutely amazing!

That we couldn't stay longer and that it took us so long to say thank you.

Honestly we don't write reviews very often but absolutely had to after our 2 nights at Sao Vincente. From the moment we arrived at the hotel it was like we were long standing friends. Our welcome was fantastic with a very much enjoyed drink and we were shown a lot of local information and things to do/see. We loved our room. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was insane! The wonderful local liquor/minibar was a delightful suprise. Sadly, we had a bit of an incident soon after our arrival. On return to the hotel, the staff couldn't have helped more and we were overwhelmed by their behaviour and extreme thoughtfulness. We would just like to say Obrigado/obrigada And special thanks to Mafalda Pedro Camilla Julie Diana Fiz (Mostafizur) And everyone else who helps to run this well oiled machine- you are fabulous. Everything was great

Before we even checked in we had excellent communication & service booking rides, massages & meals. Room was quiet & comfortable with welcome mini bar. In house restaurant P.tisco was easy & delicious for small plate meals. The beef sandwich was especially delicious! Loved the tv in the mirror for down time with English & radio channels. A very relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended. Thanks for the superb service
