Breakfast could have had hot eggs scrambled.or fried. Surrounding area run down. Very good cafe and restaurant at back of property.

I wish that hotel parking was available..add an extra 10 euros for public overnight parking down the street.

Great hotel for the price paid, and got a valve by. Close to metro, and was quick straight route to major part of Lisbon. Nice and clean..

It's a basic hotel, but excellent price and very clean. It's near the city centre and the train station. Staff were very friendly and gave us free chocolate!

My room was located at the ground floor, directly at the street corner with windows to the street. Keeping the window open was no option due to the traffic noise, air conditioning through the night necessary to the outside temperature/room size. The room was small with no wardrobe or extra space to leave your open luggage. Since I travelled alone and stayed only for one night, I used the space at the other bedside - traveling with two persons would have made that difficult.

Comfortable bed, clean room with cosy design, air conditioning, spacious shower, friendly staff, 10 minute walk to the old town, 5 minute walk to the main train station. The breakfast was alright (e.g. soy milk as a non-dairy option). Overall I felt comfortable and welcomed, a bit high priced though.

Breakfast was small and not much option to choose from. The dividing walls are extremely thin so you can hear other residents every movement.

Small and well kept. Excellent for bed and breakfast. Located 10 minute walk from the centre of Faro with train and bus station situated close by. Breakfast was small but enough for a light breakfast. Rooms great size for two people.

Small room and bathroom, the door/doorframe was not really stable, bed for 2 is too small, elevator is really loud especially at night, no cushion on the chair on the balcony

Staff spoke english and was friendly at all times, check-in was easy and quick, all needed information was provided, property is very clean and mondern, the area wasn’t too bad and its close to center and airport Water heater/kettle would’ve been nice

The air-conditioning could use a check! Sometimes we had issues where it wouldn't work, and we realized over a couple of days it had not been serviced in a while. Honestly the only complaint. Sometimes the door would require a strong push to ensure it was closed. The elevator is a bit jolty.

Excellent location, 3 minutes from the train station and easy taxi access. More than anything , our check-in was the smoothest and friendliest check-in ever. I worked in the hotel business for many years, and it's left a very strong impression on me. Congratulations and heartfelt thanks to everyone on the staff for being so great, kind and warm. I mean this sincerely that you guys are doing a great job to make people feel welcome. This is what hospitality is about! Bed was also comfortable (don't expect 5 star, but excellent quality for price), bathroom was clean and water pressure was good.

There was no written information in the room or property about the timing of breakfast (when it started and stopped), and the staff member who checked me in didn't mention this, so I unfortunately missed breakfast. It'd be good if this information could be written somewhere in the property or breakfast area, besides in the electronic booking confirmation. While the room itself was very clean and comfortable, my particular room also looked out directly onto a carpark. There were people walking through this carpark noisily after midnight, and also cars and people arriving before 7am. Unfortunately this meant I didn't get a good night's sleep.

Our bathroom has a strong smell but we didn't spend that much time in the room so it didn't bother us really.

Generally all ok, but at first I got a room without window (??) and had to request to change it. Then a false fire alarm at 6AM and no staff present in the building to turn it off.

The area around the hotel was a little sketchy. Vacant buildings. We paid for the breakfast that was supposed to be ready at 7:30 but unfortunately there was a problem with the key to the kitchen so it was late starting and we had a train to catch. The staff was very apologetic but I was unable to get a refund.

Very close to the train station but lots of run down buildings close to the hotel. We loved that the hotel was new.

Double bed was small for two people.

Friendly reception at check-in. Staff all spoke English. Property is clean, modern and pleasing. Room, while on the small side, was very comfortable and provided enough space to unpack. Bathroom was great - plenty of space, shower was roomy, water was hot, towels were good quality. Bed was comfortable and linens were high quality. Breakfast was fantastic - eggs, cold cuts, large selection of breads and baked goods, cereals, yogurt. Short five minute walk to the marina area and old town with large selection of shopping and restaurants. Definitely would stay again. Staff were very helpful with suggestions and assistance.

I would like a better quality of the bed and also some small details like a small light for the night would be a good thing to optimize.
