We had a misunderstanding with regards to dinner. There was no cook there that night so we were told they had snacks. But we ended up getting tapas. The tapas were nice and not what we were thinking when we heard snacks. All freshly prepared and tasty. Better to speak of home made tapas instead of snacks!

It's a little family run hotel. Very much in the middle of nowhere in the green. Very nice. Nice private spa. If they are not fully booked you can use it for las long as you like, also at night which was very nice. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom in our door had a wall made of glass, meaning that you could not really do your "business" in there in private. Can be good to know if you share the room with someone. This was not an issue for us though, especially as the glass wall was facing the hall and not the room itself. It felt luxurious at the same time with it's modern touch. A good solution could be to fix a curtain for example. Also missed some hangers for our clothes in the hallway. Small details but that makes a difference!

My partner and I were lucky to have the entire hotel and spa for ourselves before a big holiday weekend. The staff is so lovely and made us feel so welcome at at home. The spa was cozy with a sauna, hot jacuzzi and turkish bath, and the staff even filled the entire spa with candles for us. The outdoor pool was cold and perfect for cold dips in the rain (strongly recommend this!). After the spa we had a 3-course dinner with delicious homemade dishes and local wine. The restaurant is like a restaurant / living room with a little bar, pool table, fire place, sofas etc. The facilities were great, we really loved this. Our room was beautiful and with a balcony facing the greenery outside, and you could even hear the stream. To finish off our stay we got an amazing big breakfast, just for the two of us! We really got a 5* treatment here. Loved the location near to Lamego, and yet in a calm place on the countryside. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Bathroom could have some shelves /cabinet to put basic stuff like toothbrush or cream. Kettle in the room would be nice . Mainly the fact that the toilet/shower were renovated with full see through glass walk do unless its a couple …I guess its an issue issue . Sldo it is right in youf face when uou open the room door so…any one outside in the corridor can see you if you are busy there. Also, no privecy if you wish to keep curtains open and see the view….bed is seen from the balcony of the next room 🤷🏼‍♀️ We enjoyed and recommend

This is such a lovely place. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the property was absolutely wonderful. This is a very calm and quiet place. It was great for a long weekend with my husband and our 3 pets. We all loved the experience.

The chef for the nice eating experience we read about in the Agritourismo was not available when we were there. Also the massage was not possible when we were there. I would also recommend to the housing not to have the samples of shampoos and shower gels, but the big eco-friendly containers. The glass walls in the bathroom are also not ideal, but this is according to personal preferences only.

Very beautiful guest house with nice facilities and beautiful decoration. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Both the staff and the home vibes of the guest house make you feel like home. The breakfast was exceptional! Each room has a different fruit theme, which I found very cute. The day we left we could also use the spa, which made the experience even better. Overall, A very beuatiful stay.

The Turkish bath and the shower opposite the sauna wasn't working. Bedroom was lovely and spacious but would be great to have somewhere to hang our bathrobes and towels as the small rails in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient.

Lovely place to spend a relaxed weekend away from the city. Tucked in a beautiful location surrounded by nature and the nearby waterfall. Friendly staff, good food, great spa facilities and the port wine in the room was a nice treat.

The bathroom is very new and looks lovely but I dislike the large clear glass door which gives zero privacy, even putting a modesty panel like the rest of the glass wall would help. Also the barking dog, but that is not something the hotel has control over as I think it belongs to a neighbor.

Beautiful views. Rooms are nice, very clean. Pool looked lovely but didn't have time to try it. Small hotel that feels like being at home.
