Amazing breakfast. Not only was there an impressive buffet spread, but all this with live piano music. Not an over-bearing rock concert, but nice, easy listening live piano - nice! Hotel was comfortable, clean and in a great convenient location.

The pool area looks tired and worn. The pools are not inviting and nobody swims in them. Possibly due to pigeons. Twin beds have replaced the king beds.

The breakfast was excellent and George the piano player was fabulous. The site has lovely views of Tavira.

Nothing to dislike .

Easy 5 minute walk into the centre in a quiet location. Rooms overlooking the pool area have no traffic noise and are a good size . Delightful staff always willing to assist , our second stay and would / will return.

Roof top bar wasn’t open until 6pm and the poolside area for lunch not enough tables. No milk in the rooms for your tea and coffee.

Music in the bar in the evening- the average age of customers was 50 plus but we were given boom boom boom by the DJ like Ibiza!

Breakfast was splendid. Our room on the 3rd floor was excellent - great view over the town and out to sea. Easy to walk into town. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. We have visited many times and will continue to do so in the future.

We really enjoyed the stay from the minute we got into the hotel. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. The room was spotless and facilities were brilliant.

Unfortunately, the hotel is situated beside a building site. We had a hot tub on the balcony of our room. The timings were strange with it turning back on at midnight until 4 a.m., which disturbed our sleep. Our room was on the top floor and on the same level as the rooftop bar, which meant we could hear the music from the bar in the evening and people leaving the bar.

The deluxe suite room was spacious and comfortable, with a good selection at breakfast and good options for a lazy lunch in the hotel restaurants.

The door into the room was very heavy, possibly the door closer was broken.

The hotel and staff were brilliant. We especially liked the pool where it was easy to get a lounger in April and the breakfast was superb, they even had a pianist.

Great location just 5 mins walk to main streets of Tavira. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is super with lots on the menu. Rooms clean and very comfortable

The little extra touches that we didn't expect, such as a glass of wine on arrival and a flower at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and this hotel stands out for having proper coffee, not the horrible capsule or cheap machine coffee.

Having stayed here before, we thought we knew what to expect but since our last stay the hotel seems to have some maintenance issues. Some residual damp marks beside the bed, black mould around the windows and the patio doors had a large gap which meant it was very noisy (particularly sInce there are ground works happening nearby and the rail tracks are close by). Bizarrely the door stop for the bathroom door is placed right in front of the toilet, so every time you go to the toilet you risk stubbing your toes!!

The room was spacious and the breakfast had a good selection. The beds are extremely comfortable. Good shower. Only a short walk down the hill to the town with plenty of bars and restaurants. A lovely pool area.

Cleanliness in spa area could be better - needs a deep clean. Breakfast was good but would be 10x better if they had nice fresh juices and a better standard of pastries. Simple changes would make a big difference.

Nice décor, clean and spacious room, good location, roof top bar amazing, staff really friendly. Piano at breakfast is lovely.

Check in was simplified and the receptionist gave us a quick overview of the surroundings. Very clean Room on the 4th Floor had an excellent view from the balcony and daily service punctual. Breakfast surpassed our expectations with varied choices including a sous chef who provided you with choice eggs. Inside pool and sauna were a delight. Excellent value.

We were given a free upgrade to a superior suite. Wine on arrival. Complimentary bottle of wine in the room.Large, stylish soundproof room. Comfortable bed. Big terrace with great views over the town to the sea. Good breakfast. Very helpful, friendly staff. Convient location. Ample free parking.

Cleanliness of room ( underbed very dirty!) Skirting boards dirty. Hardly any tea coffee & not stocked up daily. Towels not left tidy. Pillows far too soft! Cleaner left trolley in the way so couldn't pass. Small Swimming pool not clean.

No Make-Up Mirror, no light to see non existent mirror, En-suit mirror loose, No Light, 13 light switches (not all Work) - need a map - spent many hours walking around room finding right switch, all lighting is concealed - very nice unless you want to see something, Cupboard doors need buffers - you can hear when occupants of other rooms close doors including main door. Noisy, you can listen to all conversations in passage ways - not good at 2:00am. Shower drain blocked. Balcony dirty, building site problem but occasional clean would useful (light and cloths rack).

Breakfast on second day - first day cold. Excellent staff
